I had a great experience with U-Haul thanks to the young lady who helped me at the front desk on Friday, October 9th. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the entire experience awesome. The truck itself was clean and well-maintained overall, but unfortunately, the exhaust had a hole in it, which made it very loud and caused exhaust fumes to smell inside the cab. Aside from that issue, the customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated the help I received. U-Haul is lucky to have employees like her!
