The waiting time, however, is still better than at the other rental. I will come here again and rent.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkUhaul phone line and online services are smooth, very responsive but but but that particular neighborhood location was every opposite of good service. The lady who was there does not know anything. Couldn't dispatch my equipments properly and made me wait two hours. Worst ever.

Brayden HLess then 1 hr use for a 10ft cube van and 27km cost $112.00, so much for this $19.95 a day rip off. You should put in because once I reserved the truck it said $36.00 plus .99 per km……how does that work
Bryan PThe location mis reported the fuel level of my rental at drop off (i dropped off outside business hours so I was not able to dispute it in person). I called the location requesting a correction (so the additional fuel charge that spoeared on my credit card could be reversed). They continued to misread the fuel level (although they agreed to a minor correction). Fortunately I had pictures of the gauge cluster at both pickup and drop off so I was able to successfully dispute the additional fuel charge to U Haul Cudtomer Care (the additional fuel charge was $63 !!!).
