The location mis reported the fuel level of my rental at drop off (i dropped off outside business hours so I was not able to dispute it in person). I called the location requesting a correction (so the additional fuel charge that spoeared on my credit card could be reversed). They continued to misread the fuel level (although they agreed to a minor correction). Fortunately I had pictures of the gauge cluster at both pickup and drop off so I was able to successfully dispute the additional fuel charge to U Haul Cudtomer Care (the additional fuel charge was $63 !!!).

I had chosen a spot closer to my home and was moved to this location. The checkin process took a long time. Trailer worked well. Return was good.
