I did not want the $10 insurance but it would not come off the iPad that I was signing. I was charged an extra day for being 1.5 hours late ???

David EEasy pick up and drop off, friendly staff and a nice big parking lot made it easily accessible.
adam pI arrived to pickup my trailer. The website lead me to believe a trailer hitch would be available. It was not. So I had to buy one at $59.99 The business was supposed to provide a pig tail connector to connect the trailer lights to the truck I used to haul the trailer. It was not available and the best they could do was order one, which would have set my rental day back to 4-6 days. Couldn’t lose my rental due to my closing date. I had to go buy one. $49.99. I lost $118.97 because the trailer was not ready upon pickup. Why is a company renting vehicles and trailers that are not ready for pick up? Uhaul is not what it used to be. I’m out almost $120 dollars onto of my $566.00 rental. This is shameful. I will be passing this along to anyone I know who is thinking about renting a uhaul.
Rob HThe waiting time, however, is still better than at the other rental. I will come here again and rent.
