On Saturday, April 25, 2026 I rented a vehicle trailer transport from Uhaul independent contractor Bino's Automotive Solution around 10:30 a.m. and returned the vehicle transport trailer round 1:30 p.m. I was charged $89 and extra surcharge of $179. I called to dispute the charges of $179 only to learned the the vehicle transport was not recorded as being returned on Saturday by Uhaul independent contractor Bino Automotive Solution. The vehicle transported was recorded as not being returned as of Monday, April 29th, 2026 by Uhaul investigator. Also, I received another email transaction receipt for additional $268.93, See contract number 25442396.

ASIA LThe person at the rental pick up place was very helpful however the entire rental process was horrible. I was on the phone every day with U-Haul trying to get my order correct. Changes were randomly made by U-Haul representatives without my knowledge. Numerous times I was told I would receive a phone call confirming details but never did. When I made the last call to correct my reservation it was still showing a completely different pick up location. All in all it was a terrible experience and I won’t recommend renting from you again
