3 locations in my town would not take a trailer. I ended up driving 45 minutes to a location which was a closed bookstore in Emsdale, on a Friday late morning and no one was around and a closed sign was on the door. Unbelievably poor service.

Hours of operation are absolutely horrible makes it so you have to take time out of your day to be get anything picked up and when I did my reservation I asked to not take the insurance and I was charged for it anyway and with the hours of operation you can’t get. Hold of them to discuss it so you get screwed out of your money need to find a new location for your business I’ve talked with others in our location and they all agree that a new location needs to be offered

On line vs actually is so wrong Didn’t listen and I had to pay for the extra gas due to your wrong doing. I feel I was so over charged I would never recommend u-haul. Very frustrating

We had to change our drop off from Toronto to Emsdale Ontario when we had to store a couch at the cottage that would not fit in the Toronto apartment. Then we got stuck in Muskoka due to a bad snowstorm that closed the highway. We were able to drop off the trailer at the Emsdale location because Hwy 11S was closed to Toronto. Uhaul again came through to provide support and no penalty for having to change our drop off location. Thank you.

Hello I rented and returned the car dolly yesterday. I would like to report that the passenger side tire was continually going flat and had to be pumped up 3 times during the 2 hours we used the dolly. The strap which holds the car tire into the dolly on the driver side was damaged as a previous renter wound the strap incorrectly through the ratchet. This dolly needs some attention as it is not safe. Had the u-haul dealer been open when I dropped the dolly off I would have asked for a refund. As they were not open, I ask you for the refund. Thank you.

I spent almost a whole hour while I paid a $130 a hour for my house movers to sit and wait for me. Place said open but was not. I had to deal with the BS on an app on my phone to get a rental truck. Not a human in sight. I paid all this money for a truck, house moversers who waited for me, gas and kilometres. In the end I thought U-Haul sounded good but in the end was a complete nightmare and I will tell everyone this. Unless I am compensated for all the money I lost. I would never recommend u guys ever!!! Worst experience of my life. I am not a tech person and this cost me hundreds of dollars

The building smells like cat pee was quite unpleasant to stand there and do paperwork and I was also charged $8 for the insurance I witch I decided on my online booking I didn’t notice this till I got my invoice yesterday

Very disappointed as truck leaked from roof while moving . 1/3 of our boxes got wet/ thankfully artwork and other things not damaged . Spent hours of extra time on move unpacking things to dry that we had not planned to do!!!

First truck I was given was dead. Moved into a new truck which had a 1/4 tank….. Put $100 in the fuel tank, drove just over 120 km and returned the truck with 3/8 tank Was charged $60 extra for gas and already paid 465$ and was told $150 was just a deposit I would get Back. I got nothing back and the dealership is now ignoring my calls……I will NEVER not EVER have anything to do with U-Haul rentals and will go out of my way to tell my story to hopefully ensure my friends and family dont either

Found a closer drop off location to my place ,Try to change the drop off location and can't allow to do it . End up driving extra 30 km. Don't know why?

Oil the crank on your trailers making it a little easier to crank. I sprayed some wd40 on this one. Made it a bit smoother to cranks My only issue is not with this location they are great. It's the app from U-Haul impossible at times to check equipment back in
