The pickup location was good, agent was extremely helpful. Truck was low on oil and there was a clunk in the drive line, neither could be known by the agent as I was waiting in the parking lot for the previous renter.

Peggy has to be the most helpful person I have ever dealt with when it comes to uhaul. She is knowledgeable and fast! When I went to pay for uhaul truck and drop it off not only was she a pleasure but so where her dog. Her dog Sully has to be the biggest, cuddliest suck around. Just loved the affection he has and the kisses where the best!

Greeted at this location by a dog who did not appear friendly. Once inside the building, it was like being in an episode of Hoarders, and it smelled like a mix of Maple, Body Odour and Mould. The lady was nice, but the constant references to her recently deceased son made it awkward. Lets say, I could not wait to get out of there. Absolutely disgusting.

My only complaint was the spring loaded catch for the ramps was sticky and had to be pushed back into locking position by hand. Otherwise the trailer proformed well and was a breeze to pull. I would definitely rent one again.

I was told the gas gauge was at 1/2 . No one showed me the paper printout which read 5/8 of of gas level. Therefore when l went to fill tank l did refll to 1/2, the person at the drop off said iwas not yet at required level.so l put in 20 more dollars.Again he told me it was not Correct add 20mlles@ 40cents per Mille, .my total fuel was 38$ 20$ 8& total cost of fuel was 66$. .

The lady unfortunately had no idea what she was doing and it was not her fault, she had been given no training and it was her first day with no help, took forever, she was cursing like crazy, I felt bad for her but I was also there WAY TOO LONG. The one trailer they had assigned to me had terrible tires so I asked for the other one, you would think I asked for a kidney. They had no wire harness adapters and no locks, good thing I had an adapter. I called to ask a safety question the same day I rented the trailer and over the 4 days I had it, no one called back, that's pretty bad customer service when safety is at risk. Then when I dropped it off, I left my 5pin - 7pin adapter on their trailer, realized what I had done, called that day to let them know and no one called back. I called again and left a snarky message and the owner called back and said none of the girls reported seeing the adapter, yet it was her that did the return for me, not the girls. I went there to see the day after and look for the adapter, trailer was there and had not left where I put it, but not the adapter so they obviously pocketed it and then when I called they denied it. Totally disappointing experience with Uhaul and I'm out 1 adapter.

Service person was good. Office location is messy and smelly - owner's responsibility not the good service person. Lots of yard to maneuver to hook up trailer. BTW I ended up there because the Parry Sound UHaul dealer failed to honor a reservation made on Aug 24th for Sept 28th...and the notice of failure was given Sept 24th so I had to scramble to find the correct size trailer!!!.. in Emsdale with assistance from Toronto UHaul.

They stepped up when parry sound screwed us by giving a confirmed truck, booked and confirmed a month earlier, to someone else because they booked one way. Your practice that one way bumps those who book return is a disgusting practice. You penalize local repeat customers. Extremely poor customer service when the next location to get what was promised is 2 hours away and it is the customer who is responsible to get it, a 4 hour return trip. In reality nothing may be available to replace it. Pathetic. Now that I have moved I now have choices of where to rent vehicles or trailers. It will not be uhaul
