After hours drop off. Easy to find, the U-Haul app made check in easy. The reason for the staff comment is that I haven’t seen anyone there after two times dropping off so can’t comment either way.

Good day The staff at the Emsdale U-Haul Location are excellent to to deal with. Staff are informative and willing to help with any questions and concerns. Unfortunely, U-Haul would rather see their vehicles and equipment parked and not on the road being rented and used by U-Haul customers. There should be a better package deal for the vehicle, equipment rental, insurance and mileage. U-Haul should also create a better rental, mileage and insurance pricing for weekly and monthly rentals using all U-Haul vehicles. After all are you in the business of renting vehicles or not. Are you willing to help your customer reach their personal, or business goals? Looking forward to to the future improvements. Have a great day.

Andrew PTrailer that U-Haul asked us to tow to drop off location had broken wires making the lights not work. Pick up took over an hour to complete, it wasn’t the best experience that’s for sure.
