Trailer that U-Haul asked us to tow to drop off location had broken wires making the lights not work. Pick up took over an hour to complete, it wasn’t the best experience that’s for sure.

KEVIN GThe office was a mess couldn't get the ratchet off had to oil it left there yard at 11:30 am brought back at 8:00 pm following day she charged me a another full day. I rent trailers there all the time I'm just down the road. I don't think I'll be dealing there again or referring to anyone unless I'm reimbursed for the extra charge
