Called the number provided for the local U-Haul dealer as they normally call the day before pick up and I hadn’t heard from them and it was going on 7/8pm. Had to leave a voicemail for another number to call me back. Spoke to a man who advised the trailer was there for pickup, and they would call tomorrow to verify payment info since my brother was picking up the U-Haul. They did not call, my brother had to pay for the U-Haul and the was told the trailer we reserved wasn’t there. They had attempted to call the number listed for the store, as I called the numbers for the man I talked to the night before and he did not answer or call back. The person my brother dealt with at pick up was able to provide another U-Haul trailer that was there. On an already stressful moving day, this did not help. Especially when I had all the information confirmed the night before.

Bj quick stop was absolutely no help for us. We had to do everything online and then call a personal cell number to check out the equipment. Very disappointing.
