The fender was bent, and it was rubbing against the tire when I picked it up. My credit card had charges filed on it for Walmart for 335.00 after I used it here. I also have charges for clothes/shoes still trying to be charged even though the card was shut off and it has been a week later.

It snowed a lot the night we rented this truck. The tires were not well maintained and slipped all over. that was after it was loaded. Also we were not told there was millage charges too. it said so in TINY print, so we missed it. its 30 miles to Colorado Springs. They should've said so loudly at rental. w We could have adjusted our plans. $.89 per mile is excessive, we paid for gas in addition.

Get the mobile pick-up experience streamlined and ironed out. There is a break in the app pick-up process when a user is asked to update an image -- it remains stuck when clicking 'continue' - but then exiting out reveals that the check-in/pick-up is complete. No one would know that except the owner/manager was there to help me troubleshoot through. Mind you, it was 6 DEGREES outside and icy when trying to execute the tasks. Picking up mobile is ONLY IDEAL when operating outside of the "stores" retail hours. I will never use the app for any kind of pick-up process again.

This wasn’t the original location that I had selected. The original location was CubeSmart Self Storage in Flying Horse and they were terrible. I arrived only to find out the office was closed. The support number they had posted didn’t work. If there is a way to not allow office check in at locations that are going to be closed that would be nice. Other than that great experience with the one in black forest

Staff was great. They swapped out the appliance dolly we were forced to take in Danbury for a utility dolly which greatly improved our unloading efficiency. Super friendly and helpful.

I wasn't able to get all of the leaves out of the back of the ramp of the trailer, but no problem, they noted they would use a blower. The staff was professional and friendly, really outstanding. I will be back many times. -- Myron

I did not go into the facility as someone came out to verify trailer number and had me park it in a spot. Then she went to check me in. She brought chocks so trailer would not roll when I disconnected. Thank you.

These comments are for the uhaul at1808 Woodmoor Dr Monument, CO 80132. I had originally reserved a trailer from the Monument location but the trailer had a problem with the right rear brake/turn signal light. The employee tried to blame the issue on my vehicle but after sending me to another facility to "fix" my vehicle it was determined that my vehicle was fine. I returned to the Monument facility and after testing it was determined that the problem was in fact with the trailer. They did not have another trailer in the size I wanted so they found me a trailer at the Black Forest location. In total it was 2.5 hours of frustration and many extra miles on my vehicle. Overall experience was very poor..

I returned the truck with a 3/4 fuel tank and they charged me for 2 gallons of fuel without telling me. I got the receipt and noticed the charge. Not good.

Shouldn’t have chosen uhaul after my last experience. I did, and I will never forget it. I will always regret it. Took everything back and went with a competitor. Wouldn’t wish my experience on anyone during a move.
