MEGAN CWorst experience with uhaul EVER!!! When I picked up the u haul, there was a couch in it already. I called u haul. I let them know there was a couch already in it. When I returned the truck, I told the man at this location that there was a couch in it. He verified and he said he would take care of it. Later I received the receipt showing $100 additional for a cleaning fee. I called back and the person at the u haul store said he saw videos which was an absolute lie. Luckily, I had movers who witnessed and saw the whole thing for themselves. I would never recommend this location !
