The 20' Truck we rented was adequate but rather well used (lots of miles and tired). We had no issues with the truck but it struggled on the highway with very little weight in it. The staff at the Black Forest Colorado U haul facility were outstanding. Great customer service and most professional. Could not have asked for a better experience from that location. Would definitely rent again for there and recommend that location to others looking to rent.
