Personnel here were friendly and as helpful as they could be. The U-Haul computer network nation-wide was down - they provided as much help and information as they could and notified me immediately when the system was back up. Great place to pick up U-Haul hardware and supplies.

MICHAEL NStick to the original reservation. I had declined insurance and my husband was told that I wanted insurance when he arrived to get the U-Haul. My drop off location was also changed.
