We scheduled our u-haul pick for 10:00AM for 3 hours and arrived around 9:45AM just to be ready. There was no one in the parking lot when we arrived, which we thought was no probelm as they open at 10AM. However, the employee did not arrive on site until 10:45AM, after two other people also waiting to rent trucks had already given up and left. Also, he seemed to have only come in because he had people waiting to test drive some of the vehciles they have for sale. Had no one been waiting for a test drive, I am not sure when he would have shown up or if we would have been able to get our rental at all that day. On top of that, he made it a point to get the test drive customers information, make copies of their licenses, find the keys for the cars, add dealer plates, and check on inventory for them before helping us with our rental or the other gentleman there who was trying to get a rental so he could start moving out of his house. We lost an entire hour of our rental time because no adjustment was made for their mistake. I understand U-haul is not their main form of buisness, but we were the ones with the time limit, not the other customers. If you aren't going to be available to give customers the keys to their u-haul rentals, then you shouldn't be renting them out in the first place.

I had issues with the app. Customer service had me use the website instead. It took about 25 minutes with customer service before I could get the keys to start checking out the vehicle. Other than that, the vehicle was basically brand new so it was very nice. The location was very convenient to get to.
