I had a 15ft truck quote near my house. When it wasn't there I talked to the place that rented the truck. She informed me that a manager from eau claire came and took all of their trucks no matter if I had a reservation or not. I was then forced to drive more than 50 miles one way to get a truck. It cost me more than $50 in miles and an extra day of truck rental.
