The location and the truck were great. But this is the second time in a row I have requested 48 or more blankets and only get a quarter of what I request! This is ridiculous what is the point of making reservation requests? I need the protection of those blankets. Uhaul system is terrible for these remote locations!

Wm EThe rear view mirrors were a little hard to adjust and the tow light/button had me a bit confused. I wasn't sure if I needed it on or off while driving. It wasn't slippery or wet so I thought it needed to be on. But I wasn't towing anything so I thought it needed to be off. Overall tho, the gentleman i spoke with on the phone was quick in his response time and very helpful and kind. For that, I'd give a 10/10!
