It was good. It would have been nice to let us know that we do a self check in not an in-person check in. Looks like you walk into an outhouse to get yourself checked in and get the keys for the truck. Overall, truck was amazing, clean and got us to Ohio.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location and the truck were great. But this is the second time in a row I have requested 48 or more blankets and only get a quarter of what I request! This is ridiculous what is the point of making reservation requests? I need the protection of those blankets. Uhaul system is terrible for these remote locations!
BRIAN WWent very well. Easy process with equipment in good condition
Wm EThe rear view mirrors were a little hard to adjust and the tow light/button had me a bit confused. I wasn't sure if I needed it on or off while driving. It wasn't slippery or wet so I thought it needed to be on. But I wasn't towing anything so I thought it needed to be off. Overall tho, the gentleman i spoke with on the phone was quick in his response time and very helpful and kind. For that, I'd give a 10/10!
April Btruck was very dirty, poor cell service to use app
