No one on site to assist with pickup. I was forced to use the crappy U-Haul app to check myself out, and there was no WiFi and barely any cell service. Truck had 45 miles until empty when I picked it up, and I had to immediately search for a gas station. I was supposed to have a furniture hand truck with my rental and it was nowhere to be found

We did a drop off after hours and I called the after hours number- clearly labeled at the shed and the gentlemen was very pleasant to talk to and was quite helpful.
Shawn GHad no reception at this location to load documents or pic's of drivers license. Called someone to get a code for my lock box so I could get my key spent 15 more minutes on the phone with them super slow system
