Thomas ZFirst time renting a U-Haul and I was in a major time crunch (moving and baby coming within a 2 day period) so I was a little worried. Everything went smoothly and I was even able to pick up an hour early. Mr. Bowers was reliable and explained to me exactly what needed to be done upon return to avoid any unnecessary charges.

Todd HOrdered an appliance dolley, they added every dolly to the order without approval and yet the truck was completely empty. Charged me for 20 miles when Uhaul CS senr me 15 miles round trip to try and find me a dolley. Horrible. Plus they were supposed to contact me about the problem and never did.

fairgrounds pFor the 3rd time in a row I requested pickup in Newark and ended up traveling 20-40 miles. Uhaul should do better when reservations are made far in advance.
