The vehicle and service were good. The vehicle needed to be cleaned. The windshield was dirty, both inside and out. That made it difficult to see. The wipers appear to be original and were in desperate need of replacing. The pick up and drop off processes were easy.

I found a box of drugs in my uhaul truck. Drove the truck around for two days without knowing that the box was in the truck I rented. When I brought it to my location managers attention, he found it to be no big deal. He blamed it on his manager.
I had no problems only thing I can think to help improve is a sign directing renter where they can park their personal vehicle while they have the uhual truck

I wish more truck sizes were available at this location. Also, the mobile app did not really work for the check out. It did not advance to the next step after taking a picture of myself. If the store was not open, it would have been a failure.

Parking lot was One big giant muddy mess! Then I had to do an online check in that required me to go back to the truck and wanted me to go and open the back that was in a foot of Water to pictures of the back of the truck. Also has to walk through giant mud puddles to get to the drop off box. If we are going to be expected to walk around the truck and take pictures and back and forth to the door for key drop off and directions, please require that the parking Lamont and walk way be accessible. Luckily I am younger but for someone older that could have been a serious health concern and dangerous for all.
