The truck was parked on the side of a hill-just outside of the parking lot. That made it easier to pull it out, but took me a second to locate it. Which is fine. However, the app did not like the photos I was taking of the truck, and would not upload them. I called customer service, and they suggested that I just keep the photos on my phone--which I did. However, the hill did make it difficult to take the photos. Just for reference. Also, I did need the instruction video to find the key. So, thank you for providing that.
