From start to finish this was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at 68 years old! I have a voice recording from U-Haul that stated I returned the trailer without a wheel and a hub about 4 hours after I had returned it and got the blessing of the U-Haul representative that said I was good to go! I was in shock as if true they gave me a trailer that could have killed my wife on our way home from burring my wife and sister in law’s mother! I was told to pick up the trailer between 06:00 and 09:00 a.m. that morning at that location. (Wisconsin time) The day before I drove my truck 17.5 hours straight through as my mother in law’s passing was last minute! I had to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes until 9:00 a.m. before an elderly lady opened for the day! I’ve never pulled a U-Haul and expected someone to be proficient in hooking it up? She finally realized she had a jack to lift the trailer onto the ball. This is now about 3.5 hours into it please understand! Then their trailer lights plug in cord was not adaptable to my one ton GMC 2011 with full towing package. I then had to spend another 25.00 on an adapter! That took 5 different automotive stores and another couple hours as parking was difficult due to pulling a U-Hall!!! I think you should be getting the picture now! I probably spent not only hours on the phone trying to speak to the right people but excruciating frustration! I spoke with multiple U-Haul representatives via those phone calls and all were kind, professional and really tried to help and understood. It was this company’s only bright spot! Props to them. This however does not negate the complete failure of your company with the safety of my wife and fellow citizens on the road! I am strongly considering a lawsuit! Fix your company!

Again, the app did not let me self-serve Return in the app. App couldn't confirm my location, I started a call with Uhaul (on a Sunday!). On hold for minutes, when all the sudden the app was requesting the equipment photos for return. I didn't even get to submit all when it took me to some other "the page you requested is not available". Somehow it finally marked out complete and I left!!

First off is communications. We called during buisness hours prior to goint to this U-haul dealer and there was no answer. We left messages on different phone lines with NO callback. There needs to be SIgns on where to go at this location.Pulled into a winding driveway and arrived at several buildings. Install SIGNS to where the Office is located and where a customer can park. The key drop off location is on a different building of where the office is. We had no idea of where to go for picking up the rental. The rental units are parked off in a field behind some old animal out buildings.The office is in the other direction. The person in the office said there was no bathroom available for public use. Hard to ask your mrs. to go outside and pee in the field.Ended up 3 miles down the road at a local gas station. There needs to be a public bathroom available for use by customers. There was no instructions given during the pickup. Was glad Uhaul texted the link to take pictures of the truck. NOT a good experience here.

I dropped the truck off at 10:30 at night the night before it was due to be dropped off. I parked it and left the keys in the drop box. I can’t answer yes to any questions because I didn’t have an experience with the personnel.

Vehicle was on E when it was picked up have the receipt proving $40 had to be put in upon pick up.
