EDWARD OU-Haul 2 employees informed me if return the trailer in Pflugerville location rate will be cheaper ($50 something dollars versus over $90 I’m supposed to pay I return it Leander or anywhere else). Information they saw in their computer. I asked them why it will be cheaper and they said Pflugerville location could have a low number of trailers and it balance out the distribution of the trailers. But after I returned the trailer in Pflugerville location and received the receipt it still charged me with the original rate. Overall employees were helpful but down side me taking the trailer for expecting cheaper rate when I could have dropped it off closer.

TAD TInside of trailer was not clean. We had to sweep up a lot of dirt before we could load it.
DAVID WLocation was fine. The 6x12 trailer was a problem. I have 2 boat trailers and a little 8’ utility trailer - I’m frequently hauling something without issue. However, I leave the UHaul trailer hooked up to the car’s wiring harness while loading, and it completely drained my car battery. SafeCo’s Roadside assistance got me going again and I made sure to disconnect the wiring harness while unloading.
CHRISTOPHER OOur reservation was not fully booked with the correct drop off location. We had to wait almost 20 min to get that squared away. Other than that everything was good.

DONALD LThis location is an absolute JOKE. I could not have had a worse experience. When I originally rented the van I wasn't sure how long I was going to need it so I just rented it for one day and said I would call them the next day and update them. I ended up needing the van for 3 days and was in contact with them every single day updating them that I needed to keep it another day. They never communicated to me once that there was a problem. On the last day of my rental they called me in the morning and I told them I would return it by 4:30pm, again, no problem communicated to me whatsoever. Not 20 minutes later they are calling my place of employment (not sure how they even knew where I worked) and told them that I needed to return the truck immediately, that they had reported the van stolen to the authorities, and that I was committing a felony. HAHA. Are you serious right now? A rinky-dink little U-haul dealer in podunk Texas almost cost me my job! THEN, I called to their regional headquarters and talked to a group of women that had about 8 brain cells collectively. With those 8 brain cells firing all cylinders they COULD NOT come up with any way to rectify the situation. Not only was I charged full price, but was tacked on a bunch of charges to make them feel special. Anyways, don't rent from these people, in fact I'd stay away from u-haul in general quite frankly.
TYLER CProprietor was very courteous and helped us with all our questions. He offered to let us have the trailer one night longer than the original agreement if needed for no extra cost. We will use his services again, soon.
BRENT HFast friendly service. Hector did a fantastic job and I appreciated his assistance from start to finish. Did not appreciate the 7:15am phone call from Sherry, who was confirming my reservation. Her call was from Fort Worth. 7:15am is too early to be making calls!!!! At least wait until 8am.

Didi BThere was a glitch to my reservation. My size truck was not available in my town, but Jacki from the West Texas U-Haul office was super helpful solving my problem. She was patient and committed to finding me a truck in the size I needed. While I had to drive 35 miles to pick the truck up, she added additional miles to the contract and added a day without additional charge.

Thomas BI had a problem with the gas gauge. When I went to fill it up, it stuck on 1/4 tank. I kept checking and filling until it got to $50. I shut it off and drove the truck around WalMart’s parking lot. I went back to the pumps and started putting more gas in. Still on 1/4 tank. I turned it off and on several times. Then it jumped to above 3/4 tank. Immediately I shut it off and got the receipt. The Uhaul dealer said that they were sorry but couldn’t do anything about it. I would have to contact Uhaul customer service. Please contact me and help me get my money back. Also, I reserved an appliance cart. The truck got moved to a different pickup location. Neither location had one! I ended up having to drive to Cleburne to get one. I easily drove over 130 mile in two trips to pickup and return it. Compensation? Please contact me. 469-678-9717 is my mobile. I will try the 800-go-u-haul too.

Steven TI have used U-Haul exclusively for the past 10+ years and have moved on 4 different occasions. Today, they have lost my business for LIFE. Not only was I rented a truck with a broken A/C in the heat of summer; but was alotted minimal miles (45) to move and was then charged an additional $53 on top of the $185 I spent originally. All this for a truck I had for less than 24 hours and drove 67 miles. This company and this location can go f$&@ themselves.
