I ordered a dolly. I picked the truck at 5 pm. I realized there is no dolly. I called them, the lady was rude telling me U-Haul didn’t charge me and I should be happy for that. I said but it was U-Haul responsibility to gives me a heads up and tell me that I should make other arrangements. The truck I got was 26 feet. It was difficult to use it for fining another dolly. Workers were there with no dolly. Moving is something that people plans for it and it is not at all acceptable UHAUL doesn’t care about it and doesn’t let the customer know in advance something is not going to be as arranged. Another issue is that the lady introduced first herself as Jane or Janet and when during conversation I asked her about her name she said Sara! I wait to see if my review get any response, hopefully it does!

The store keeper didn’t ask us if everything was okay, had questions, etc. She dismissed my husband saying that she would send us a text that we dropped the trailer off. We unloaded the trailer and pulled out of the lot. I still hadn’t received the text that it was dropped off, so Inparked and went inside. She said that yes she would send a text. I said can you verify my email address she did. I worried that somebody could just go into the open gate lot and take the trailer and I had no oroif that we had dropped it off. She said she was busy with a customer. So I took a picture of the trailer in her open gated yard and left assuming that I would get a text. I did receive that text however I shouldn’t have to leave without some proof.
