I rented a trailer to be dropped off at the same location but after being done with it I called u haul to at any dropping it near where I was instead of having to pull it all the way back. The girl in reservations was rather short in her tone and when I told her where I was she came back and told me it would be over 300 dollars to drop the trailer there. She said they couldn't change my destination because I picked in town. The main selling point of the company back in the day was you could drop them off whenever but now there's so many hurdles that's is ridiculous. I think buying my own trailer would be better for me at this point.
Daniel HI don't like the new app system. It is inefficient, I did not get everything I ordered and still paid more than the reservation indicated. I returned it 4 hours early and was not offered a pro-rates discount.
Scott BNeeded a motorcycle trailer for bike transport to a repair shop. They had one available and it was perfect for the job. Could not have been easier. 5 star customer service. Will be my go to for future needs.
