John BI ordered a dolly. I picked the truck at 5 pm. I realized there is no dolly. I called them, the lady was rude telling me U-Haul didn’t charge me and I should be happy for that. I said but it was U-Haul responsibility to gives me a heads up and tell me that I should make other arrangements. The truck I got was 26 feet. It was difficult to use it for fining another dolly. Workers were there with no dolly. Moving is something that people plans for it and it is not at all acceptable UHAUL doesn’t care about it and doesn’t let the customer know in advance something is not going to be as arranged. Another issue is that the lady introduced first herself as Jane or Janet and when during conversation I asked her about her name she said Sara! I wait to see if my review get any response, hopefully it does!
