Uhaul at this location was great. However I was overcharged and had to call customer service 2x. The first person said she would refund and didn't and said she would call back and didn't. Second person started arguing with me about what I was quoted and when Iwhen I told her she was wrong she decided to call reservation manager who confirmed what I had said. The only issue I had was the trailer jumping off the ball at a railroad track. The ball clasp had not been tightened. Trailer jumped off and repeatedly rammed into the Back of my truck as I tried to stop. Thank goodness for the chains.Neilnorman B.

Torringtons location is the best. Very courteous. Not like Lusk's location. I had reserved a truck on Wednesday June 17th. I ask the man, Brian if i needed to pay for it and hecsaid no i could come get it on Saturday thec20 which was the day i needed it. So i traveled 60 miles onky to find out he rented to someone else! He proceeded to tell me Saturday that i needed to go on the website to reserve it. He did not tell me this on Wednesday or I would have done. I called Torrington Location on Saturday and reserved a 20 footer right than and there. Than had to go back 60 miles to pick up the truck. The young man in Torrington was so nice and understandable. I'll always go to this location for any rentals. Please reprimand your man at the location in Lusk! I'm still pissed because i wasted almost all day to do what it would of taken a half of a day to do if I would of gotten my truck in Lusk. I wasted money and gas just to go back to Torrington! The CSR reps on the phone should inform the customers about the 100 dollar deposit, especially since people like me pay in cash. Also I dont like I pay it in cash right away and have to wait for a check to get my deposit back. I'm a single dad with 2 kids and this put a dent in everything I planned especially since I learned this at the last minute.Michael M.

It is confusing that it costs $100 dollars more to rent a trailer in Nebraska or Colorado than Wyoming when I'm moving to Tennessee. However, I made it work. I don't expect to be moving again so this doesn't apply to me, but I'd have gotten insurance except it was costed out to me at $80 which was near half he price of just making the move. I don't understand your pricing structure and it is them main warning I'd give to my friends interested in your service.Paul B.

The Uhaul was filthy in the cab and the trailer. Nobody knew anything about inspecting our vehicle for us to tow.Christina P.
Locations were fine. Availability of the truck and blankets was terrible! We reserved the truck 6 weeks in advance, checked on it four days in advance, and when we went to pick it up, no truck, no blankets. Delayed us by one whole day. That's not good service.Linda G.

You could start by having the equipment at the location ordered from. I had to drive 2 and a half hours one way to get my truck and another half hour to get the car trailer...I had reserved them nearly a month before my move date...the local dealer referred me to corporate, which was professionally patronizing, but not really helpful with the real problem of getting my equipment to the location needed. Giving me $100.00 off (which was merely the deposit) didn't pay for the time and expense of the 5 hour round trip. I will pile my belongings in the yard and set fire to them before I ever use U-haul again. BTW this was no fault of the local agents I dealt with...Corporate made their jobs much more difficult than necessary...unfortunately, the locals catch the brubt of most customer's ire.Bob T.

My husband rarely uses his credit card. He had used it at the usual places to get gas and at Menards which he has done many times in the past. The only other place he used it was at the UHaul place in Torrington, Wyoming to pick up trailer. A week later I got a text from Capital One credit card asking if I made a charge just then. I called the credit card company and spoke to lady in fraud department. Someone had used my husbands credit card to purchase something at Walgreens in Miami, Florida. We live in Nebraska. While the lady on phone was starting to cancel the credit card, the thief was staying to make another purchase in Miami. It was denied and ended the shopping spree. We all believe that the credit card numbers were stolen at the UHaul place in Torrington, Wy. Clean this mess up and stop the theft of credit cards now! We need to rent another UHaul truck soon and will pay with check. We are very disappointed with UHaul stealing our credit card.Chris E.

Please clean and sanitize the vehicle so when a customer rents a vehicle they are not exposed to the previous person's mess, trash or illness. When renting a Uhaul vehicle, the renter spends hours even days inside the cab of a Uhaul truck and they don't want to be exposed to whatever the person before them had. We were given a vehicle without working tail lights. We were not able to drive it at night. The vehicle with filthy with bugs. The windshield was horrible. We asked about the 3/8ths tank of gas and the response did not explain your policy. We didn't know about it until at the drop off location.joellen P.

When I pointed out the frayed wire, the person who checked me in initially wanted to charge me, but I told him multiple times that this was the condition I received the trailer. He also failed to notice that I had full coverage sot it should have never been an issue.Donald A.
