I usually drop off the equipment after hours, and with the U-Haul app, there isn't any problems.
ERIC HThe problem was less with the location and more with the fact that I had to change my drop off location because the original one that the U-Haul website allowed me to select was no longer working with U-Haul. I had to call the 800 number and get someone to find a new location and change my order to that. Then I had to rush over there to make sure that I wasn't late when I would have had plenty of time if the location on my order had been correct originaly.

austin sThis was not this locations problem but I had to pay fuel for 150 miles and five hours travel just to pick up a truck that was supposed to be at another location in Newcastle Uhaul should reimburse for this
