When I recieved the uhaul it smelled like dog poop and the smell was awful!

christine lEmployee had started the truck and yet didn’t tell me the check engine light was on. I had a 1700 mile trip and this could have been a disaster. The cab of the truck was clean but the back of the truck was not.

Chase CMake sure when reservations for your products all are at same location and where the reservations was placed for. Customer shouldn’t have to travel 3 hours from original reservation point to go to two select places to pick up rentals.

WAYNE LEverything that Ricks Wrecking controlled was excellent. The company online process to check the truck in was so frustrating I gave up - and none of it was due to lack of tech skills. Please revise your instructions. Consider that your typical user is moving, a hectic time. The account needs to be created and/or app downloaded prior to loading, driving, unloading and returning the truck. I actually returned my truck, found out I needed WiFi, ran home to download (but by now, the keys were in the Dropbox and I hadn’t taken necessary pictures. Called your 800 numbers and a recording told me to try again later. Eventually gave up and drove to Ricks again the next day to square everything up. They had already taken care of everything. What should have been 1 trip to Ricks ended up to be 3. They met my needs. Your online system failed. I love taking care of business online and this was a frustration. Please review your site path and directions from the viewpoint of someone who does not know your processes.

alan sWe had a really hard time locating this rental van, was told to go to a different address, then finally had to call the 800# several times. We couldn't get the app to accept the verification code on our smart phone, it was not a pleasant experience.
TIM AI picked this location and UHaul routed me to the empty lot location in Scottsbluff, NE and I said....Oh, hell to the no! The woman who answers the phone...when she answers it...is rude and unhelpful. When I called Rich's Wrecking and told him my issues, he made it work for me. Uhaul....you need to get rid of that woman at Avenue I in Scottsbluff, NE. Uselesd....totally. Thank you, Rich!

Cindy Bi dropped off the rental item 3 hours after I rented it, but the automated system kept sending me texts about it not being dropped off yet. The person at the desk told me to ingore messages.
WAYNE BWe dropped off the trailer a day early but had an extra charge on our bill. When I called to ask he was rude and not willing to tell me what it was for then he told me it was an after hours charge. I told him I wouldn't accept that because I have rented U-Hauls many times and never been charged that. Then he told me it was because I kept it an extra day, which I didn't. He then said it was his employees mistake but I had to call U-Haul to take care of it. Why do I have to take care of it?? I did not make the mistake! last week I went to that location to buy boxes and his store is filthy with garbage piled up tight in the front office, he would not even turn an acknowledge my presence just told me that he does not sell U-Haul products. First time in 30 years I have ever been treated so poorly by a U-Haul dealer. I will not return to his location. I want my $21 back and will call until I get it because it is not about the money now it is about the treatment and lack of customer service.

mike eThey were all wonderful at this location. They went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed, including the lights for the trailer that they had to go across town to borrow from someone else. They even brought our pup some water. Excellent service!
Jan JWe were told the price would be 90.00 from our Nebraska dealer and that we could get it in TORRINGTON WY. I called there before leaving and they had no trailers so I had to go to Gerhing, Ne. to get a trailer for 100.00 more dollars. Very Unhappy!!!!
Mark DWhy because I rented from Gering Nebraska to salmon Idaho is it twice as much as it is is if I would rent from Salmon Idaho to Gering Nebraska makes no sense. Twice as much please answer
dave pThe guys at the location we picked the truck up from were great. After I made the reservation I got a call a few days later saying that size truck was not available but they were going to give me a smaller truck and a trailer instead. Since it was half the size we had to make quite a few more trips and was told mileage would be waived but was still charged mileage. This was all told to me by the lady from corporate uhaul. The worst part was there was a truck the size we wanted parked at this location the entire time we had the rental.

WAYNE BThe only recommendation we would have is to be sure it is explained that if not returned by 11:30 AM, another day will be charged. We were not told that and returned the trailer in the afternoon and charged an two days when we thought we would only have to pay one extra day due to a snowstorm.
