They didn't have the moving blankets I ordered

mark eReservations I made were not in system, first location didn't have the rental, second location wasn't open. Once rental was obtained I learned later at dropoff that I still wasn't in the system. Thankfully the dropoff location helped and the nice person I spoke with the next day fixed the entire error. Very disappointing experience with uhaul this time.

MJ Ci was lucky that someone was at the store. it was closed do to a funeral. i was told it was at self pick up and i had no instruction on how i could have gotten the key. luckily the store owner was there to help me with it. the cabin interior was in terrible condition i have pictures to prove and it smelled of cigarette. the drive seat had a big peace missing next to the seat belt buckle. in the cargo area there was a side board loos that fell during the drive that i almost drove of the road because of the noise it made. i have rented several time from Uhaul but this was the worth cargo van i ever got
SILKE SWas left a very rude voicemail prior to returning my rental. There was no reason for this. I had no dropped of the vehicle yet but was berated for no reason.

SANTO JI truly enjoyed the experience, we were able to move a couch, a bed, and other furniture quickly and painlessly. The reservation worked amazing, I was able to book the truck within 30 minutes, and when I got to the location, the instructions were clear on how to get the keys and inspect the truck. Returning the truck was just as easy. I would highly recommend the service.

Raymond DThis place told me the gas was three quarters full but was only at a quarter of a tank When they checked the van out to me they enter mileage incorrectly, mileage was entered in as 19885 When the mileage was actually 19985 I returned the van at 20000 miles. I only drove for 15 miles but they charged me for 115 miles and the gas difference. Which I did not use a half a tank or drove an extra 100 miles. And they charged me. When I got there to the location. There was no employee inside the building. They were outside in the back with the backed door propped open smoking marijuana. The whole location smelled of it and the employee couldn’t even keep focus while trying to enter my information in the system which lead to her entering the information in wrong. After I dropped can off I notice the error in mileage. I called to location and talked to the most unprofessional employee. He was flipping out on me tell me I don’t know how to follow directions and he couldn’t do anything for me and complained about having to make a call to fix the error on there part. I tried to tell him if their employee wasn’t so stoned in the first place and did her job properly none of this would be going on in the first place Very unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend or ever use them again. Worst place and service I ever had in my life. I will definitely make sure to have this known. If this does actually reach someone. Maybe you can help resolve this issues with the over charges. I don’t have a problem with paying what I’m suppose to, not be over charges cause of their careless and unprofessionalism. Patrick MBoth rear tires flat, no oil, had to buy two quatres, no wiper fluid. Could not use vehicle first day of rental. Have maintenance check vehicle before renting to customer. Picked up vehicle at 9am, tires replaced at 6:30pm. Lost a whole day rental. Absolutely worse rental experience I ever had. Roadside assistance personnel told me not to worry about tires, just check the pressure occasionally. Since I was driving 600 miles did that mean I should stop every 100 miles and check tire pressure? Will never rent from U-Haul again. Can't use curse words but I would if I could!

LYNN SLocation and organization of where the U-haul equipment was parked made maneuvering difficult and frustrating.
Shawn NPlease make sure the Equipment is ready for rental. The trailer I rented had one flat tire and one tire not inflated properly. I had to take time out of my day to get the trailer ready for use.

Jack EI had to sweep out clogs of dirt and notice flower peddles from the previous customer that had used it. It was easy to sweep out. Notice cigarette smoke when I climb into the van. Otherwise, comfortable van to travel in and great on fuel mileage.
ruby bPick up was a disaster. Truck was there, but unable to sign into account due to misinformation from on U-Haul employee. After waiting on the phone for an additional 45 minutes a very kind young man walked us through the steps.
