I rented a 10" truck for about 4 hours on Monday 7/20. I drove it exactly 30miles and put $5 worth of fuel before returning it. I was charged an additional $7.88 for more fuel...why? I know that you probbaly dont care, but I will not be renting a truck from UHaul again. $72 for 4 hours...rediculous! On another note, the truck is old and needs work. Its extremely loud as your driving down the road. Every bump fels like the wheels are going to fall off...bad/experience, bad review!

KEITH CWe requested pick up at a different location, we were unaware that pick up location was changed. Furthermore this second location was not opened at the requested pick up time. This added extra two hours to our day moving furniture. That being said, the second location rented us a new truck and got us on our way quickly. We would use this location again. But, we believe uhaul should have alerted us to the change of location and pick up time.
