Having the customer take pictures and upload these pictures on your website is ridiculous. It was raining when I picked up this truck and it was very difficult for me to get comfortable with the truck and also take these pictures in the rain and upload them to your website. I recommend you not have U-Haul customers do this anymore/take pictures of the trucks they are renting.
