Truck did not have a gas cap. I called the store to ask about it and she said U-Haul knows and told her to rent out the unit. It's not the stores fault.

It was not the location that I selected when reserving the U-Haul and was 20-25 mins father away. They also had no blankets which I ordered so my wife had to go to another store to pickup the blankets. She told me they had several 26' trucks. Extremely disappointed with U-Haul on the coordination of picking up the truck. I made the reservation on the 9th for the 21st.

The trailers need jacks. I had to LIFT the trailer BY MYSELF. I had NO IDEA I would need to do that or I would've made other arrangements. I got there and was asked if I had help, as the person who normally done it passed away - I did not have anyone to help and had to lift the tongue. It was at least 200lbs. My back still hurts. I also had no way to disconnect the trailer until drop off either, as I didn't have a jack to leave it or raise it off the ball.

Unfortunately, the spouse of the owner of the business and who maintained the uhaul side of the business just passed away. There was really no one to help with the trailer hookup. Fortunately we have rented trailers before so no issues hooking up and returning the trailer. I hope she can find someone to assist with the uhaul side of the business.

I had reserved my rental several days before via another location. Two days before my rental date I received a text telling me that the pick-up location had changed. This was a good thing … but … not telling me the name of the pick-up location (I only got the address) made me overlook the change and to the original location. I was not happy about the change, even though the locations were only a few miles apart. Need to put store name with address to eliminate chance of confusion.

The moving company U-Haul recommend damaged 6 items on the very first move. The company was Jon's Friendly moving company. I canceled the job before anything else was damaged.

Charged for a missing pad when returning ALL pads, charged an extra 1.7 gallons of gas after returning truck with the right amount of gas, and charged an extra 0.25 miles of mileage. I have pics proving otherwise. When I attempted to contact the owner via voicemail and with an in-store visit, the owner didn't even have decency to call back. This company does not represent U-Haul in the proper light and should have their agency rights revoked. I will never do anything with U-Haul going forward thanks to this agent.

I would not recommend renting a U-Haul at all. I used the mobile pickup to rent a u-haul and I had to call customer service after calling my bank because my payment wasn't going through. I explained to the customer service agent that it was something on U-haul's end and she was very rude and didn't attempt to resolve anything. There is nothing about this experience that would make me want to rent a u-haul again. The ladies that worked at the store were polite but my experience overall was not good. This is my first and last time renting a u-haul.

I rented a trailer on Saturday for 24 hours but the rental place is closed on Sunday. I asked how do return it if your closed. She said just drop it off out back and make sure it's here before Monday morning. I dropped the trailer off around 730 on Sunday. On Monday I received a charge for 2 days rental. I called to inquire why &the response was “Regarless of what the girl behind the counter told you. You should know what your signing.”If had I had known this I would have returned the trailer before I had dinner with my family. It's unfair to to pay for charge when you were misled. I do not recommend using Bloomingdales Florist Tuxedo and Uhaul rentals. Buyer Beware!
