maybe a wifi for customer.. i did try the uhaul app for return but the pictures wouldnt load. Having a customer wifi would probably make it easier.

Garrett JNo I would not I was charged for mileage on a truck I never even moved from there property. When I did the walk around I noted that the mileage the rental contract where different and I also uploaded pictures of the odometer showing that the mileage was off they still charged me even though I did my part. I did not even drive this truck anywhere I literally checked it out at 12:29 completed the walk around and left it in the same spot because I was mint ready to use it. Returned at 2:30 and dropped the keys off because I didn’t end up needing it. My rental wasn’t checked back in as returned until the following morning which left me responsible for it even though I had turned in the keys but the location still kept the rental as active and out. I still have not heard back from the owner about being charged for mileage that I did not put in the truck that the truck already had when I checked it out

ROSS WThe gas was right above 3/4 tank and there was no other option other than 15th of a tank. The gauge had only so many lines. I didn’t want to lie about gas so I chose the 15th mark. Unfortunately, that honesty costed me $28 in gas. I went no more than 10 miles. It really sucked. This is more so a U-Haul thing and not location thing. But I still wouldn’t recommend using U-Haul after this.

Patricia HTerrible Experience with U-Haul I rented a 10 ft truck from U-Haul for 3 days, along with a dolly and furniture dolly. However, my experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. First off, when I picked up the truck, I never received either of the dollies I had paid for. I was told they’d be included, but after loading the truck, I realized both dollies were missing. I went ahead and completed my move without the dollies, and when I returned the truck a day early to minimize my rental time, I thought I was in the clear. Big mistake. A few days later, I was shocked to find that U-Haul had charged me an additional $275 for the "lost" dollies (which I never even received) and for an extra day of rental, despite returning the truck early. I called customer service multiple times, and each time I was promised that they would correct the mistake, but I’ve now been waiting for 4 weeks with no resolution. I did receive a partial refund for the two missing dollies, but I was still charged for the extra day—the very extra day that I did not use. To make matters worse, customer service continues to give me the runaround with no real answers. This experience has been a complete disaster.

RODERICK JWe had a poor experience with the movers we booked through U-Haul. They are cheating people, not providing adequate work, damaging walls and furniture, and ransacking medicine cabinets. Then the supervisor/scheduler answered our concerns with accusations, false information, and intimidation. I question their reviews. We expect U-Haul to respond to this concern.

Francisco S1. The inside of the truck smelled like animal urine, yes animal urine, as soon as I got home I had to get cleaner and clean the interior because of the smell. It hit me like a brick when I first opened the truck, there was also trash left under the passenger seat by the door. I probly should have taken pics to show. 2. When we came to return the truck we tried to "scan the code" to return the truck and it took me to everything EXCEPT how to return the truck. FINALLY just dropped the key in the box. Hoping someone would get it. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 3 we got there at 9:50 am to pick up the truck and NOBODY WAS THERE.... We waited and waited and I was livid. Waited and waited and just as we were leaving a car pulled up and the person went inside with food and a drink... as in THEY LEFT KNOWING A RESERVATION WAS COMING IN!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!!! HORRIBKE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! WE WILL NEVER USE UR FACILITY AGAIN. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

olimpio mWe had a a very stressful trip. The drivers side side mirror was loosely swinging back and forth the entire drive across country. It was stressful and dangerous. We could not change lanes without manually rolling down the window (in a snow storm) and then pushing the side mirror with my hand to see the blind spot. Now do this 100+ plus times in freezing weather during your drive. As I said, stressful and dangerous. It seems such an important, basic thing should be checked prior to customers renting the truck and paying you 5k for a properly functioning truck. Thank God, no accidents occured.

David mI was charged for purchase of shipping supplies that I did not order. Very unhappy that the website automatically clicks on the box to place an order for things that I don't need. I turned it off 3 times and then ended up with a purchase for over $150 of supplies that I do not need. Very unhappy with uhaul the corporation. Very happy with the Blue Diamond storage company that I picked up the truck from.

Anthony PThis was the worst experience ever with uhaul. I picked up my truck at 6 am no equipment was in the truck delayed my move time by 2 hours. I had to go to another uhaul to get the dolly which they did not have. The truck was on empty. The whole experience was a nightmare Original reservation was cancelled had to down grade my uhaul. I would like a full refund!!! Horrible experience
