I waited in the heat today for 1.5 hours at 9:40 am. My rental was due back at 10:15 am. The office was closed. I returned at 1:30 pm to conclude the rental. When I showed up in person to rent the truck, I had a long wait while the guy took a call and rented a truck over the phone. When I returned the truck, the same guy made me wait again while he helped a renter who arrived after me. Then he gave me a hard time about the fuel level. I had to show him a photo of the gas level when I rented the truck. Truck was ok. Overall service at this location was less than zero.
