My truck was missing the pads. While I didn't need these, there should have been a place in the app to report this. When I filled out the app to take the truck and also when I filled it out to return it there was no where to report this. The apps asked about damage not about missing items. It also didn't ask if these items were there when I took the truck, since I didn't order pads I didn't think they were missing. I only realized this in the end when it asked if I used them and/or the dolly. Otherwise everything was great.

First it took over 30 minutes to even get my truck then when I got it it was dirty inside the windshield was Very dirty it was just the all-around bad experience
I was reassigned a pickup at a different 4075 Camero due to a Covid. The location was fine. The truck was clean inside and the equipment and blankets were loaded. The exterior was covered with bugs. It would be nice if the UHaul staff cleaned the windshield, lights and front as part of the preparations.
Donâ€™t rent from uhaul. I was trying to pick up the U-Haul truck for 3 hours on the phone with customer service going back and forth get sent to different numbers. Very frustrating. Will not be using again.
Add their location on the U-Haul app. I came about 4 AM to drop off the truck and because their location wasnâ€™t on the U-Haul app I wasnâ€™t able to drop it off. Which I had to come back in the morning and drop off. Not to mention I live 45 mins away now. So I wasted time and gas!
The app was a little confusing and frustrating to retrieve the vehicle. The rest if the experience was great.
Manager was courteous and knowledgeable Store was closed when I booked rental and when I dropped off. It would have been nice to have an assistant to fill in during lunch, etc.
I was in and out in less than 5 minutes
Maybe not give a truck that's completely on empty because the gas line was cut. I ended up spilling a ton of gas on the floor the people were yelling at me. Then i drove it back to tge place i could have blew up and died

I did self check in but there was a man there that came out. He was very friendly to me and my wife.
Despite the wonderful location, pick up and drop off process, I am very unhappy with my experience. I was charged twice for my rental, both the estimate price and the ending total. When I called customer service I was told that the charges were correct. When I asked the representative to explain each line item to me, she couldnâ€™t, and told me the only thing I could do is file a dispute of charges. I asked to speak to a manager or someone who could explain the charges to me, and she put me on hold. After several minutes she returned and told me they had taken another look and that I was correct about the charges being wrong. They then refunded the incorrect amount. The representative was very kind and helpful, and I give kudos to her for helping me resolve the issue. Iâ€™m also happy with the outcome; however, this error should not have happened in the first place, and it makes me very hesitant to use uhaul again.
The staff was couteous and made the checkin experience a breeze!
The manager was a great professional guy. I don't remember his name but he was having security and maintenance issues, but helped out really fast. Was a great move because of buget!!

Checked in online for noon reservation tried to get the key for the car from the office and no body was inside the location and it was locked. Called location no answer called customer service and they said that the person answered and said will be right there. Person didnâ€™t show up for another 30 minutes. At that time it was already 1245. Keep in kind there was a sign in the door saying closed will be back by 1120. Went to return the car around 2pm and the person was not there again. Just seems that he doesnâ€™t care to be there.
Eric handled by contract and he was very helpful in my understanding of the entire rental process. The truck was just the size that I needed and waswell maintained. The charges were reasonable and II was treated very fairly.
I was over charged for a day and charged a late fee for non payment when they had my credit card on file. 2 is waiting or a call back from mike or Ryan head of U-Haul and still no contact. Iâ€™ve made several calls, and emails.. Iâ€™m out $140. I rent 10-15 U-Hauls a year. First bad experience and Iâ€™m prettt surprised at the lack of customer service.
Very bad service furniture was damage, they purposely created extra time for themselves so they can charge extra, waited for them over 30 mins and then being charge for an extra thirty mins of time. communication was very rude by the texting getting texts from the movers 9-10pm at nights, will not recommended
