First, my preferred location and truck became unavailable. The location they moved us to was extremely slow. Then they changed the name on the reservation and half of the information on the contract was mine and the other half was the driver. We forgot to take a picture of the odometer and called in for a representative to assist. The first representative was extremely rude. She would not listen and eventually hung up because the drive gave his name and when asked his address he provided it. However the address on the contract was mine. Moving is already stressful. The second representative I talked to was so sweet and helpful.
