MARVIN BStorage yard is terrible, disorganized, cluttered with junk vehicles. Trailer was filthy, full of sawdust and dirt and generally in poor condition. The front of the trailer had marked damage that opened a seam allowing water to enter the trailer. I was forced to put tape over the open seam to limit water intrusion. They did sweep it out after asked them to. They did the trailer hook up and light check adequately. The wrong trailer number was entered on the rental agreement. This problem was only discovered when I returned the trailer at my destination, causing a processing delay.
ROBERTJAY WI was told to take pictures to remember the start and end mileages I used. So I did and after I returned the van, I told the uhaul worker my total mileage is 53 miles and he said he would charge me for 50 miles, but when I got the receipt it charged me for 60 miles. This should be corrected.
DING XA walk-through on how to operate the vehicle would have been nice. The vehicle had several modern features that I was unfamiliar with. I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the parking brake. Was looking for keys when it was push button start. Could unlock the cab OK but not the box. All little things but I had to ask each time I ran into something.
PETER RMy card was triple charged, which only 1 of the charges was refunded. The equipment was great and the location is easy to get to. My biggest complaint, is that the online portion doesn't sync up with the physical location. I had a reservation for the day, but when I arrived it didn't show up online. I went inside to get help, and everything seemed fine, until I looked at my account balance and see that I have been triple charged. Events like this makes me leery about trusting uhaul because the system is just too inconsistent and inconvenient to use.
RONALD VStaff here was excellent. UHaul corporate changed my pick up location without telling me, but the staff here got me set and canceled the other location for me. 10/10 customer service.
Cecilia MTruck gas tank was empty when picked up. Filled up gas and returned with over 1/4 tank. When we returned the truck we were told the gas tank was 1/2 half full when picked up which was inaccurate.

DAVID ENobody was there, they had to work to try and find me a trailer, I called many times, and three different people eventually called me back - one, a day after I’d called them to see if he could help me find a trailer. Won’t be using them again. The whole place seems extremely shady and nobody cares.

ARNOLDO OThought I was pulling into a abandoned car lot. It was close to closing time and no one was around. Called the assistance #. Connected right away. Took me three contacts to get a receipt mid-day the next day. Was told by the 1st UHaul dealer that they could not take the trailer because they had no secure storage. They said take it to the Cascades location.
James DExcellent service from the gentleman, however the location/grounds leave a bit to be desired. Maybe increase their cut of the profits so they can afford to have a nicer location/building. He was great however!!!

Muhanned ATruck had severe damage and had not been inspected. Truck and trailer were not ready and took over 30 minutes to be ready. Truck low fuel light was on with less than 40 miles to empty. Location did not have any moving blankets.

Robert DI have rented from this location before, but this was the last time I’ll ever rent from this place. The yard is an absolute mess. Very difficult to even get your vehicle in to pick up a trailer with all the vehicles and other trailers stacked on the muddy and not maintained lot.
Jared CThis was the worst drop off experience. I already was disappointed when the location I coordinated with the UHaul dealer in Ohio turned out to not accept trailers. I wasted an hour and a half of my valuable time discovering and calling Uhaul corporate who then sent me to this disorganized, sketchy, unattended mud pit called Blue Mountain. At first the person I called at his location’s number told me to drop my trailer off anywhere I could find and he would check it in the next day. When I arrived there was nobody in the unattended office except a cat. After calling again and being told someone would help me, about 45 min later a man who barely spoke english emerged out of the darkness and it took him almost 20 mins to carefully drive my truck and trailer thru the haphazard gauntlet of other vehicles some of which looked like junk. When I asked for a receipt I was told they don’t do that and my trailer would be checked in the next day. After four days of unreturned phone calls and texts I finally got ahold of the corporate scheduler and provided her a google maps satellite image with a the location of the trailer circled. Six hours later I finally had confirmation that my trailer was returned. Overall I feel UHaul should shut down both the pickup and dropoff locations and compensate me for the colossal extra hours (at least six hours) spent just picking up and dropping off equipment.
TIMOTHY Tyard looks muddy but over all smooth
JUTAMAT WI have rented from U-Haul for decades and have to say this was the worst experience I've ever had at any U-Haul location. It was literally a mud pit, with what appeared to be a trailer home as office. When I pulled in, the employee yelled, "just find a place" Which was like playing Tetris, luckily another customer helped me guide the trailer into a "spot" I then watched 3 other customers attempt to navigate this pit. U-haul should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this place.

Michael Barrived at location at 1230 pm, nobody there, was not able to contact anyone by phone. was supposed to be open until 5p.. Sign om door stated open till 3p.. nobody in sight, had to leave trailer there, vehicles and trailers parked haphazardly. unorganized.
STEVEN AHorrible. Could not really get in or out. People just parked whatever they wanted wherever they wanted. Had barely any room to back in trailer and then turn around to go out. Someone with little experience backing trailers would not have been able to maneuver.

Amy SI called the location (11 times) to figure out my return situation, guy finally answered and I explained to him this is the number for my UHaul return location, an- just like that he hangs up the phone, and doesn’t answer again. I show up at 4PM with the place allegedly closing at 6 PM, it’s closed, dirty, and also his house??? cats running around everywhere, and after knocking for minutes he quite literally is ignoring me inside of his home/office where the lights are on. the lot itself was a bumpy nightmare dirt lot which kept somehow getting my 10” stuck, took 10 minutes to park alone. Either this place needs a serious update, and location owner spoken to by UHaul corporate on basic customer relations, or he needs to be removed as a UHaul partner altogether. This return process alone made the outside weather of 21F a nightmare as I’m on the phone with customer service trying to figure out what to do.
Anand AI used the trailer to move 3 hours away. When I rented the trailer I was told to call once I arrived at my destination to determine the drop off location. Even though there are numerous UHaul facilities near my destination, Uhaul required me to return the trailer to a facility far from my destination (two hours round trip). Ridiculous!

A AAttempted to drop off during business hours. Office was open but not staffed. I could hear voices in the back room but no one responded. Very poor lighting and no directions as to where to drop off trailer. Left the trailer in the back. VERY VERY poor situation!

GYANENDRA KVehicle had almost no fuel (<1/8th tank). Location did not have the equipment I needed which required me to put additional miles on the truck (which i was charged for) since I had to drive to another location to pick up the furniture pads and dolly.
Nathaniel SI was extremely disappointed about U Haul changing my order original location in Ashburn to Sterling. It was extremely unprofessional place for a U Haul rental location. I would not ever rent from this location again!!!

ARMAAN POffice hours did not match what was listed on U-Haul website. U-Haul states a 06:45 AM opening, but a sign on the establishment lists 08:00 AM. Waited 30 minutes for the owner to arrive. Box truck was in terrible condition. Decals were peeling off, interior of box had paint splatters everywhere, the check engine light was on, windshield gasket was barely attached, mirrors were dinged up, and steering wheel was sticky. Returned vehicle early, and the proprietor was not there. I would NOT be comfortable sending my friends, family, or loved ones to this location. If U-Haul corporate is reading this review, all of the Google reviews are accurate.
VINCENT DTerrible customer service. Large box of bottles of beer on the desk when office was finally opened. Had to wait for someone to open the off for 45 min. Was handed the keys to the truck and had to figure out which truck I was renting. Phone Number on the outside door was disconnected. It was a mess

LINDSEY NHad to unhook the trailer by myself, On a hill. So that was FUN. Hurt my hand and wrist in the process. I wouldn't recommend this location to someone i Hated. It looks like a junk yard. No STAFF AT ALL. Had to call the number on the door and guy tells me to just put it with the rest of the trailers. Total JOKE, and not professional at all. Very disappointed. I'm going to relay this to the company I work for so they can tell the other guys to steer clear of U-Haul. If I could give a rating below 1 star I would.
richard gNoman went out of his way to help us with our 5 x 8 trailer, and finding us two incredible movers to assist with a 3 story move out of a condo that had a broken elevator. We could not have done this without the coordination of Noman in the Blue Mountain office

alex cThey really need to clean up the trucks before giving them to a new client. Truck was very dirty. Needed to be washed inside and outside. Business was very nice very professional, but the cleanliness of the truck was very bad. They did clean out the back of the truck where you store your items are towing, but the inside of the truck where you sit was not clean there was no trash. The truck was just dirty windows floor inside and out side windows very dirty.
JONATHAN BDespite being open, I had to wait for an employee to show up. The employee who assisted me was very unprofessional and did not provide a walk through of the equipment. The lot where the trailer was stored was over crowded and was not easy to navigate. The 6x12 enclosed trailer I rented because unhitched on the highway due to being incorrectly attached to my F-250.
Christopher DLooks like the set of Mad Max. Sketchy as hell. Dropped off a trailer on a Tuesday around 1 pm. Were told by the guy in the lot he would check it in. Not checked in on Wed. Called them and no answer. Called UHaul main number to note the drop off (they were always professional !!). On Wed we get a automated text asking when we are going to drop it off. Called Uhaul again daily. They are at the mercy of the drop off place to do their job. Finally got the location to answer the phone on Friday. Had to threaten to get the cops involved to verify the trailer was there. After the owner finally called back on Friday to lecture me about how to run a business, I told him to complete the check in by noon or see me with the authorities. Within 5 minutes it was done. STAY AWAY !!!!

ROGER RDO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. This location needs to be shut down. I Arrived to site on time to be told the 9' van I reserved was not available due to the previous renter being "stuck in traffic". The "manager" gave me a bigger vehicle, handed me the key, did no paperwork and told me when to have it back by. The truck was on 1/4 tank of gas and I was told to return it with that. I returned truck on time, locked, fueled and dropped key in drop box to receive an email saying I never returned the 9' van I originally had reserved but did not take due to it not being at the site. The area marketing president had to get involved and luckily straightened everything out professionally and timely; but DO NO USE THIS LOCATION. Unprofessional, rude and clearly does not know how to run anything,
Emily RFuel tank was empty when I picked up the vehicle. Air conditioner didn’t work sometimes. I was charged for “Fuel service fee” even I returned the vehicle with more fuel than when I picked the vehicle.
