Van had a broken passenger side mirror. The mirror glass was mostly missing. It was difficult to change lanes. This was a safety risk and the unit should not have been rented in this condition.

My only comment is it's easy to miss the turn in to the facility, and difficult to turn around on Cascades Parkway. A larger and lit sign would be VERY helpful!

My U-Haul was returned on time. At 0800 on 3 Dec 2018. The owner of this location was not there until about 0830. After I turned the truck in, I got my receipt in an email that said I didn’t turn the truck in until 4 Dec 2018, resulting in me being charged $80. Please fix this issue. This drop off location is too crammed and filthy. Would never recommend anyone use this location.

Truck had 1/8 of a tank of gas. Box was not broom swept - lots of leaves, trash, etc. I elected to take it and clean it myself as time was critical - but pickup was noon on a Monday. No work / prep had been done for my rental that day. And the contract was 75% unreadable - the printer needed ink badly. Overall location is very slipshod.

Once on the road, I noticed the MPG gauge did not work, the front tires were underinflated by a decent amount, the rear tires as well but not by as much, the previous renter left some junk in the cab under the seat from a grill, and the oil life left was very low. Truck likely needs to be serviced.

Please clean the uhaul before giving to customer. The bed of the van was wet and had dirt, mud,and leaves in it. Also, the left headlight was out.

called @ 4;00 prior to dropping off suppose to be open for business until 5 just got answer machine and continued to call until 4;45 with the same results place was filthy, junk laying around every where along with trash no lighting on to assist. i actually considered calling the health department because it was so deplorable. My wife felt very insecure due to the people just roaming around on the property

This looked like a criminal chop-shop. I felt very uncomfortable even being there. A man basically pointed me where to park in the junkyard of a lot and I handed him my keys. He didn't have a uniform on and I was just praying he wasn't just stealing the vehicle. I would never go there again.

When we got to the center to pich it up they didn’t have it and no one ever notified us the pick up location was moved. We ended up leaving over two hours later than we planned durle tonthis error even though we rented and paid for the unit three weeks ahead . They had moved the location and never told us
