The lot is not well maintained nor secured. There was not a legal place for me to park to return the vehicle. There are many other vehicles that aren’t registered to the site parking there as well. The vehicle was left unlocked for me to pick up and an empty gas tank with 22 miles to go to it running out of fuel. The windshield was dirty and the cup holders and dashboard were also dirty and covered in pollen from the passenger window being left open. Upon returning the vehicle, the lot was not lit at all for safety. There were no instructions sent by the operator. I returned the vehicle with a quarter tank of gas left in it.

When attempting to pick up at the location, no one was present at the office, and I had to walk around the property to find some people performing maintenance to get assistance. It turns out the person who was to help me with the car check out was just sitting inside his personal car out in front and I asked if he knew of who was to help me with picking up a U-hall. I did not authorize coverage to be safe move when I made the purchase online. I have my own insurance. And the hours of operation did not match what was advertised of closing at 8pm. I did return the vehicle approximately 7:30pm.
Tiana Y* the UHaul trucks are parked haphazardly in an apparent junkyard. It does not feel like a safe area to be. * the office was locked when I came to return my truck, and no one picked up when I called.

MARY VWalked through an ice covered parking lot to access office. Truck had no ability to turn climate control to defrost, washer fluid was frozen and headlights only worked on high beam setting. Made for a terrifying return ride in the dark in a snowstorm. Also had marijuana residue/ash in the drivers side door compartment near door handle. The person working the counter was great at pickup!
