The combo numbers had worn off. The parking lot was terrible when returning during the rain. The van was not clean. We left it cleaner than we got it. It was really confusing to find where to go and how to get the vehicle. People were asking us what to do.

Juan GThe lot is not well maintained nor secured. There was not a legal place for me to park to return the vehicle. There are many other vehicles that aren’t registered to the site parking there as well. The vehicle was left unlocked for me to pick up and an empty gas tank with 22 miles to go to it running out of fuel. The windshield was dirty and the cup holders and dashboard were also dirty and covered in pollen from the passenger window being left open. Upon returning the vehicle, the lot was not lit at all for safety. There were no instructions sent by the operator. I returned the vehicle with a quarter tank of gas left in it.
