The 10 ft truck I reserved was not available, but they gave me a 15 ft truck for the same price. This was very much appreciated. The building that contained the office was difficult to find because there was no clear signage and there were multiple vehicles (cars, pick-up trucks, trailers, vans, in addition to the U-Haul vehicles) parked over the entire gravel lot. There were also open garages/sheds at the back of the lot with lots of random equipment storage. Some of the sheds had roofs that were bent and falling off. With regard to the 15 ft truck I received, the cab of the truck was filthy and covered in dirt. I pulled out of the lot and 0.5 miles down the road, the notification appeared on the dash that I had 50 miles to go before I would be on empty. Fortunately, I was only doing a short local move and not a much longer drive. There was also a lot of play in the steering of the truck. I am glad that I did not have to make a long drive on the interstate. In the end they only charged me $45 for using the truck for 2 hours. I drove the truck approximately 30 miles and I also put 10 gallons of gas in the truck before I returned it. I will never rent anything from this business again and will not recommend this business to anyone else.
