Easy process to book, get and return vehicle. Vehicle could have been a little cleaner inside.
ROBERTOALEJANDRO TThe service was quick and easy, I had to hook up the trailer to the truck by myself and take pictures with my phone, send it to the tenants for clarify because no one was there, the location is poor. The whole facility looking like a junkyard, unpaved parking lot with lots of gravel for the driveway, tight entrance and exit area. Very hard to turn around in parking lot area. For the trailer itself had a missing safety hook. I don’t recommend this U-Haul location.
Nelly HHad a small issue at pick up so I called the number on the door and the man that answered was incredibly helpful and had everything fixed in minutes. Very easy process and would recommend using this location.
