My van has been seriously neglected and was not road worthy. Cab area was disgusting. I can’t believe this van was allowed to be rented. 1) Front tires were COMPLETELY bald on outer 1/4 of tires (badly out of alignment) - this was very dangerous - these tires could have blown at any time resulting in a major accident. 2) One of the rear tires was completely flat (0 psi) due to a nail in the tire. I had to keep putting air in it throughout the day. A replacement van was offered, but I had already loaded a bunch of stuff into it by the time I noticed it. This should have been checked before it was rented. 3) Check oil light kept coming on 4) Cab area was DISGUSTING. Half the inside of the windshield was covered in a spilled drink. Entire dash and floor was covered in sticky grime. I had to wipe down the steering wheel and door handles.

Another trailer needed maintenance but the other was perfect. Manager was very nice.
Greg KThe employees were very nice but the truck was dirty, gas tank was on empty and the doors squeaked horribly to the point that it was embarrassing when we opened them around other people. I have rented uhaul trucks many times with no issues but this experience was not pleasant 😕
