Was charged for a rental that I was not able to do as no keys were available when I arrived for pickup and office was closed. Van was there however it had not been cleaned when I looked at it.

The person attending the facility was nice. I will certainly give credit where credit is due. The facility and yard has a lot to be desired. The entrance to the yard was difficult to maneuver. Coming off a small road, into a tight driveway is difficult with a normal vehicle. I had a 26' truck towing my car. Once I got in the driveway, there was a small spot to put the truck and park - that was it. There was no room for anything more. The only saving grace to this event, was, I used to drive tractor-trailers for a living; if I did not have the experience, there was no way I would have gotten the equipment from the road into the driveway without running over everything in the equipment pathway. This facility is not well suited for large vehicles.

I wish the drop-off process was a little more streamlined. I tried calling the office to let them know I was dropping off the truck the same day, but I didn't get an answer. When I got to the location, I didn't really know where to park the truck. It was difficult entering and exiting through that narrow path; you never really knew if someone was driving through until it was virtually too late. Despite all this, the personnel made the drop-off painless even though we had no prior contact.

The truck was very dirty. My reservation was $87, but my credit card got charged $117.7. I didn't receive bill/invoice to understand the charge.

Please clean vehicles and ensure they have gas. The cabin and cargo area were dirty and the truck was on Empty with only 45 miles left on it. I have pictures should you want to see them. Thank you

I completed the online check in only to find when I went to go turn in the key the key lock box was broken and the inside was completely exposed. It was after business hours so no one was there to help. I ended up calling and turning in the truck to another location because I was not comfortable leaving the key like that and risk it being stolen and I be responsible.

1. This is a vehicle storage place. Too many vehicles (at least half of them are not U-Haul's) are packed in such a small yard, making driving in and out big rental truck very difficult. 2. The service attitude is disappointing! No smell. 3. The truck is so old that it should not be allowed to run on the road. The window cranking handle even fell out during my drive. Due to the size of the truck, I had to keep driving without stop until arriving at the destination to fix it. Caught cold now.

BEWARE: THIVES! I rented a truck for a short move. I did everything online, including initiating the pickup but then the person at the counter pretended there was no key for this trick so offered me a similar one. THIS IS WHERE THE SCAM IS: they charged me for triple the miles I actually did with the truck! Also the lot where the trucks are parked looks like a dump/junkyard. I definitely wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my car there overnight.

1.Process to pickup truck before office opened using phone app. was horribly difficult. Took 30 minutes even with a call to the helpline and had to change password 3 times before it finally worked 2. Work and private trucks and vehicles parked in lot and coming and going made it extremely hard to get out of lot 3. Reserved a 15 ft truck and was assigned a 20 foot 4.Cab of truck had dried mud on both sides of floorboard and a picture was submitted on the phone app. 5. Nine packing blankets were thrown in back of cargo area (not folded) but I did not rent any 6. Paint had been spilled in cargo area and rear step 7. Mileage on the truck at pickup was more than shown on electronic copy of agreement mileage. I changed mileage on electronic copy of agreement. Took picture of odometer and tried to continue the process but system would not let us do anything else. Therefore, before I drove out of the lot I already had used over 100 miles of my allotted 129 miles. I was billed for additional miles and after disputing the bill, I was notified 2 days later by email that I would receive a $$ credit but no explanation was provided as to what it was for, or how the amount was determined. I assume it was for a specific number of miles driven above the allocated amount. I should not have had to go through this process.

I turned the truck in at 3:30 on Sunday 9/27. My receipt says I dropped the truck off at 10:00 on 9/28. They charged me an extra night.

The back lot is crowded with junk cars other scrap/vehicles and navigating through the lot was somewhat difficult in a 20' box truck. The floor of the truck was dirty upon receipt. I ended up cleaning it to not incur a cleaning fee.

Location seemed a little overwhelmed. The entrance was a small one way road which was too busy for the big trucks coming and going. They seemed organized and on point just didn't like the fact that I had to wait to get out and had to back up because of the incoming traffic needing to drop off vehicles. (Backing up in a U-Haul isn't an easy task for inexperienced drivers in such a tight area)

Remove U-Haul franchise and/or branding from this location. The guys running this shop tried to hoodwink me by stating I drove their 10 ft truck 88 miles for the duration of my rental period when in fact i logged only 39 miles (took pictures of odometer when picking up truck & when dropped off truck as proof). When i confronted these guys that they over billed me when i saw the receipt, they started acting like they weren't sure UNTIL i stated i had odometer pictures, then they refunded the over billed money real quick! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ensure the vehicle windshield is clean. Rental should have a full or near full gas tank. Do not charge for items not provided. Do not charge twice for items not provided

The inside and back of truck were dirty. There was mouse poop in the back and the blankets were thrown in the corner. Also the ignition was loose. Thought I had the wrong key because it wouldn't turn on. Went back inside and the guy came out and turned it on. Had to wiggle the key to turn on
