One night I went to put stuff in my storage unit and some guy was sitting in his car parked on the side of the storage with no lights on..it looked like he was running from the cops..which an officer was parked in the Northern Elementary Parking lot hanging watching cars pass by. I felt uneasy out there by myself with the entrance being wide open.
