The U-Haul experience it's self wasn't all that bad, but this auto dealer location was terrible. Right ton the arrival, there was literally only one parking spot, and was then told I couldn't park there, and was instruct to peek in the center of their small lot. I then went inside the dingy, small, office space, and dealt the most in friendly person I could possibly imagine. They literally had multiple posts on the wall that had hulk on it, that said "aditude will be met with aditude". They also had a racist poster of an Asian woman with the text "hurry up and buy". During the purchasing process, I was offered moving blankets, which I asked for, but never received- I was shocked when they actually remembered to take it off my bill. One of the employees also cut off the person driving my car while she was trying to get out of the crowded car lot. The truck was good, but the experience was terrible.

Never use that vendor again at Blue Ridge Auto Outlet at 9320 Blue Ridge Blvd., KCMO 64138. My husband and I were screamed at, cursed at, threatened with bodily harm (among other things), all because we took safety measures in locking the key in the vehicle. I apologized repeatedly, but it obviously wasn't good enough. He just wanted a target, and we happened to be it. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service was appalling to say the least. Those gentlemen should never be in business. They are representing U-haul and giving the business a bad name. At this point in time, I will not be recommending them to anyone,and unless the matter is addressed with me personally, my first experience with U-haul may be my last. Thanks.

The gentleman at the pick up location was very nice. He made sure that the military discount was on the invoice. When I made the reservation I called to see if one was offered and the person I called said you did not offer one. When the person called to confirm the reservation they said that haul did offer one and added it to the confirmation. I think everyone should be informed that one is offered.
