Pretty sketchy area to be taking pictures and doing a self checkout. A very nice woman answered the phone when I called and was really helpful. Everything else was great!

The floor of the truck had sawdust or something scattered on the floor. The truck itself was fine. No performance issues or problems with the condition of everything else.
Sam NI had a very disappointing experience. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I needed assistance, I repeatedly tried calling, but no one answered the phone or returned my calls. Good customer service starts with communication, and unfortunately that was completely lacking. As a customer, I expected to be treated with respect and to be able to reach someone when I had a legitimate concern. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business unless they improve their customer service and responsiveness.
Destiny KMy experience picking up was flawless. The employee I spoke with was kind, professional, and helpful. My dropoff experience was horrendous! I showed up 15 minutes before my due time, and the business has closed its parking lot completely with a locked gate. There was physically no way to put the Uhaul onto the premises of the business, but I showed up within the timeframe that Uhaul stated was appropriate. The vehicle had to be left on the business driveway. The keys were left in the outside-hours receptacle as normal. This location should not allow reservations with intent to drop off after close if their parking lot will be gated and chained.
