Close to home which was nice. The person checking out the trailer could have been a little more friendly. The person checking in the trailer was friendly and helpful - but did have to wait about 15 minutes for the location to open.

The agent at this location is a crook! he charged me a $25 cleaning fee when I returned the truck in better condition than I received it with more gas I might add. When I walked into the office it reached of marijuana smoke! If this is the kind of agent Uhaul allows to promote their business I definitely will not recommend your services to anyone. I called the customer support line to make them aware of this location and how they robbed me and I was told that someone will contact me and I will be refunded the $25. Surprise surprise its been a month and still havent received a call, a check or an explanation as to why my issue was not addressed. Maybe Uhaul has gotten to big where my situation is within the acceptable margin of dissatisfied customers. You should be asking how much your BRAND is worth. You are a rental company that rents vehicles that from what I can see from my experience at that location could very well be used to transport drugs. Why else would an entire office smell like that with the owner there and nothing be said or done about it. Headline "Drug Transportation Ring discovered at UHAUL rental office!". Brand image down the drain literally! Isn't Uhaul owned by the Shoen family which is partially a publicly traded company?

My scheduled pickup time was 9am. No one was even there until 9:15 and it took 30 minutes to complete the rental process. The charges included SafeTow for $16, which I requested to drop. He attempted to remove the charges, but was unable to. Then he said it was required for trailers (which is incorrect). Since I was already late, I paid the extra $16 to avoid further delay. Fortunately I was able to get the $16 refunded by calling U-Haul directly.

Need to have all locations with fences and cameras

had to crawl over a fence to return my keys after hours, and there wasn't very much space to park the truck.

Location is extremely run down and the employees made me feel uncomfortable.
