Business was closed.Instructions and phone number were available but could have been more more clearly presented. I called the rep and was provided instructions on where to park the rental unit. I was able to do back and park the unit as requested but not all customers would be able to do this without help.Frederic H.
I parked my vehicle in the wrong spot at the rental location and they were kind enough to call me while was away and work things out with owner of the parking area such that my vehicle was not towed or was I charged for my mistake. That was a life saver.Richard E.

The only place I can see needing any improvement is not with the location. The website use from mobile is horrible in this area and needs to be improved upon somehow. Had leaves in it not very clean. Was charged for a lot of miles I didn't use. Then I go to turn it in nobody there and says they there they suppose to be open till 5. Then web site didn't let me check it in. Be nice to get some of my money back for mile I didn't use. I'll never rent from uhaul againPATRICK T.

Person at drop off did not remove the trailer, nor was she able to print a receipt. So I had to remove the trailer. See said e mail receipt would arrive in an hour or two. No receipt came until I returned later in the day and another person was able to print receipt and send e mail receipt.Robert D.

Return our complaint call within the time period you said you would. Find a way to treat your customers based off their time. Had to drive way out of the way to get the uhaul, then had to waste 2 hours due to incompetence/lack of leadership and training within UHAUL. Owner of pickup location was polite, but we should be compensated for driving an hour, to wait for two hours to drive back an hour (4 hours) to where we would pack up.Coty G.

Blue Ridge moving saved the experience of having to drive 41 extra miles each way to pickup the vehicle that was scheduled in Harrisonburg. He was polite courteous and stayed in constant communication with me on Sunday and Monday and had the vehicle ready to go and just a pleasant quick experience.Robert S.

The owners are great. Great customer service and helpful. The equipment was clean and functional. The only issue with this place is that they need more space to park their equipment and drive around their building.. It's a hindrance.Chris J.

I parked and walked in. the girl behind counter said to let her get her mom who walked out from back on her cell phone. Just barley looked out door and pointed for where I needed to unhook and back car tow dolley. Said after check in was done I would receive an email. Which I have not received yet. She just went back to phone while I walked out. No other customers around. The staff at Blue Ridge Moving and Storage went above and beyond to assist me. UHAUL had me picking up equipment in 2 locations that were not in any way close or convenient. These folks at Blue Ridge took it upon themselves to drive almost 4 hours round trip to pick up my auto carrier and bring it to where the truck was located. That's quality service and I am grateful to have chosen their location to start my rental.David B.

This U-Haul facility was excellent. The on-line service has a lot to be desired. We live in Edinburg VA and wanted a round trip car hauler to pick up a vehicle in Virginia Beach VA. The only one we found with the type of hauler we needed was at this facility (Luray VA). We would have preferred simply picking up a trailer in Virginia Beach VA, and making a one way trip back home... This was not possible on the website once you get past a certain navigation point in the on-line service... The customer would have to re-load the entire web page. VERY INCONVENIENT. This forced us into extra driving of 100 Miles and two extra hours of driving... Please fix the website. Thanks - John CalowJOHNEUGENE C.

Vehicle had several issues when I picked it up. Are vehicles not inspected after each use? Gave owner a copy of what I'm including here. I did not receive any type of adjustment on my final bill. ISSUES UPON RENTAL Dash display reading: Service Stabilitrak Service Traction Control Change Engine Oil Soon Other issues noted: Van pulls hard to the right, especially at higher speeds. Alignment needs to be checked. Left rear turn signal light not working (front signal light flashes quickly). Left rear hazard light not working. Inside of windshield looks like maybe wiped with dirty rag (very streaky). Easy fix. Pool of water forms on the passenger running board inside even with door locked and window secure.Tracy L.

My entire UHaul experience was horrible. I was moved locations 3x. When I arrived to this one, I did not have cell service and had a difficult time logging into the app to find out how to get the keys. I will NEVER rent from UHAUl again.MICHELLE P.

first of all our pick up location was changed after pick up time. When arriving at original location no one was there and they did not have the vehicle we ordered. After a few phone calls an alternate location was given. When we arrived no one was there and we were given a number to call by a business next door. We then had to wait for someone to arrive. This confusion and travel delayed our pick up by 1 1/2 hours. Very poor pick up experience. I think U-Haul central is the one who caused the confusion, but based on this experience I would not recommend either location.William I.
