The one in charge treats customers poorly. We had to wait about an hour just so he can finish with what he was doing before he takes care of us

Truck has 18 miles to empty when picked up . Reeked of smoke . Inside filthy . Brakes weak, pulls hard to the left . Shakes bad on the highway. Tires cupped and have extremely uneven wear. Driver seat makes popping noise. Steering wheel jerks hard to the left when hitting a bump . Check engine light came on an hour into drive . Worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had. Can unsafe to drive.
