The location was clean and customer service friendly, but the rep didn't understand how to interpret the receipt which was confusing with two different amounts for "Total Charges" and "Total Rental Charges." U-Haul should consider clarifying its receipts. The rep also didn't know how to change the destination location.
jason vI was charged $200 for a rental that is supposed to cost $19.99. They charged me for going over 100 miles when I clocked just over 30 miles and they charged me a fuel fee when I left more gas than when I got it. I was ripped off.
Michael LJeff is a very good guy and was extremely helpful with the van. He went out of his way to help me with several things, and I truly appreciate everything he did.
