THOMAS LThe customer service rep did not explain how to lock the trailer on. All they said was that when trailer goes down on the ball of the hitch it locks its self. Well that was not true. Couple miles down the road the trailer came loose from the hitch. Good thing I had the chains crossed and hooked.
ELIZABETH GI’ve used this location twice and on bot occasions the phone app did not recognize the location. Not a problem since I picked up during business hours, but would not trust the truck share option if it were an after hours pickup.
BRYAN MThe person who checked me in wrote up my contract as an In Town rental even though I specifically said that I was renting the truck to take it to Richmond, KY. I did not catch it until it was too late. This was my worse experience ever with U-Haul. I was charged an extra $280.00. I’m done with U-Haul!
lindsey cI reserved an appliance dolly and confirmed it 3 different times; however, it wasn't available when I picked up the truck. Even though it was an oversight, Mark was amazing getting one to BMC and delivered it to me. We were already past the need for it but he did everything possible to correct the position.

Armedee NBMC was amazing! The staff were super nice and helpful. The last person who rented the truck did not clean out the cargo area (tons of dirt that took awhile to sweep out and there was garbage in the cab.)

Jim WEasy access on US 27. Lot had ample space for drop-off, even for an older person who had not backed a trailer in a long, long time; it’s like riding a bicycle, you never totally forget how to do it. Staff was very helpful, quick and thorough in check-out. Will definitely recommend this location.

Mike HI booked my uhaul through the app so this has no reflection on the facility I got it from. The app is trash. It is slow, crashes alot and the amount of stuff you have to submit is ridiculous. I will NEVER do that again. They had to contact someone I know just to see if he answered the phone and they hung up on him.

Wayne JI tried renting a truck on Sunday. They left the wrong keys to the ring truck. I changed my reservation to Tuesday. When I arrived it was all messed up and they couldn’t find the reservation. Took over an hour to sort it out. Would give zero stars if possible
LAUREN UIn returning the truck, the app wants you to turn on location services so it can identify that the truck is back at its original location, but this doesn’t work. Great staff at BMC!

Denise DI was charged for a dolly and 2 dozen moving blankets and did not receive either. But I was charged for them. Definitely don’t get extras just buy your own to keep. Cause you’ll pay for them and not get them.
Zachary FUsing the U-Haul app was terrible, it is not user friendly at all. After I figured out the app, it directed me to "see the office" instead of providing the combination to the lock-box for the truck key. To make it worst, BMC Auto Rental is under construction so there's was no one in the office which delayed my departure by one hour. Finally someone showed up and I was able to get going.
