very convenient
Melissa MDealer was expecting turn-in and ready to accept truck and trailer. Quick in and out. Overall, the plastic mattress cover could have been of heavier grade. Made handling mattress slippery and clumsy. Otherwise, experience was satisfying and professionally done. Thank you.

Casey SThe guy checking me in was not helpful with any of the information I needed to know. He had me delivering the U-Haul truck an hour away from my destination. He told me I did not have to notify them that I was keeping it more days than three or four. Once I got to my destination, I called someone else and they allowed me to return it within 7 miles of my destination and I was absolutely supposed to call them to let them know I was keeping it longer than the amount time. I would still recommend this place but be aware that the guy that helped me does as little as possible to inform you about what is needed when renting from them.
