This location had no attendant at anytime to address my concerns. When I picked up the truck I noticed a couple of ants inside the cabin and that the cabin looked as if someone had opened a bottle of soda or beer because there were splashes and spots of it in the ceiling of the cabin. Next day, I get into the truck to return it and it there are ants all over the cabin and while driving they're all over the ceiling of the truck. Horrifying! This "self pay" era is truly doing a disservice to its customers.

1. Didn't receive a code once verified 2. No one was physically at the location 3. Was able to get someone on the phone and they informed me that the key was actually in the return lock box 4. Took me about 3 minutes to get the lock open 5. Check engine light was on
