Abdul-Rahim HI give U-Haul 1 star! A consumer is sucked in with $19.95 advertisement. With all of the surchrges, 28 mileage charge, and gas it came to $120!

THOMAS SI found the gentlemen at the shop to be very pleasant and professional. Three brothers own the shop and the one who helped us went over the truck with us and even gave us a heads up on our directions to our destination. The location is very easy to find and conveniently located on the Black Horse Pike. They don’t have all of fhe “extra supplies” as a full service U~Haul store, but there were moving blankets, a hand truck and a few other supplies in the truck if needed. I was very happy with this location.

Jan TWhen I originally rented the truck, I rented from a place that was 5 miles away from where I was moving some items. You switched my location, without telling me, to a location that was 13 miles away. I live 63 miles from where i was moving items and you gave me 66 miles with which to travel. Ed at Bob ad Sons told me that he as authorized to give me an additional 10 miles. When I returned the truck i told the man at the Colmar facility exactly that. When i got my e-receipt i noticed that i was charged for going over the 66 miles allotted to me, even though Ed gave me 76 miles with which to use. I also found out too late that there was no EZ Pass on the truck and will be charged the toll and a possible $25.00 fine. In the future i will look to rent a truck from another.

Jennifer BLocation was fine. The problem is the Uhaul corporation! They messed up my reservation. Changed locations with no notice. Really put me in a tough spot. I feel they only worry about getting the order and not so much about following through.

MOLLY JStaff was extremely helpful and courteous! They’re very through, keys were found that we didn’t see during our inspection of equipment. So one of the employees were so kind to call and leave a message for us. Thankfully they were t anyone’s keys thst unloaded the U-haul.
