It took a long time to get someone to come help us. They were working in the back. We actually called UHaul to contact them to come up front. The check in process took longer than usual also. The representative actually had UHaul talk to us on a phone for the rental process.

When I got to the location the only person that was able to do the rental was at a different location and processed my rental somewhere else. They never asked if I wanted rental insurance, they didn't have all the blankets that I asked for and the truck was parked all the way to the back of property. My father started walking to the back of the property to get the equipment and it was a child (10-13) that offered to give him a ride to the back of property on a golf cart. When he went to pull the truck to the front of the property there were carts and other things in his way that he had to wait to be removed, again by the little gril. This dealer didn't seem organized at all and on top of that the back of the 26 ft truck was filled with dirt and debris, which I had to sweep out so I could have a clean back for my stuff.
Mesha SStaff helped me out throughout the whole process made everything super easy and convenient. Would recommend for anyone needing a good uhaul rental.
