That truck did not have air conditioning and it was about 95° out. It was the worst experience I ever had renting a U-Haul because the people at the location were kind of rude. And really didn't know how to rent a vehicle out. And then the application that I was supposed to take pictures of did not work out. And this morning I can't read my receipt because I can't open it

REBEKAH MToo many hidden fees! 19.95 per day plus .99 per mile for 12 miles =$31.83. With all the not ever mentioned charges it came to over $56. There should have been some mention of fees that almost doubled the advertised cost!
