VALENTIN ODanny and Mary are an incredible couple, and Boerne is blessed to have them run the U-Haul location. They provide top-notch service and know many of their customers by name. It is lovely not to be just another number, but to receive such personalised attention.
Corinne SSuper easy process to rent and pricing seems pretty fair. Cheaper than owning a pickup and a larger enclosed space to move a few things occasionally is way easier than trying to fit things into bed of pickup. Very nice customer service as well.

MARIA VThese comments are not directed at where I picked up my truck & dolly. More towards the U-Haul customer service team booking appointments. When I booked my appointment months in advance, I told the customer service agent I needed a car dolly to tow my pickup truck. I told her what make, model, the year, and the how big it was. The assured my my truck would definitely fit on the dolly. Well when I arrived to get the truck & car dolly, I find out my truck is too wide for their dolly. I was very frustrated to say the least. That customer service agent should have told me the accurate information to begin with so that it would not have caused so much headache. They have at their desposal the largest vehicle allowed on their equipment. That is vital information that I should have been told about way ahead of time. Other than this inconvenience, everything was very good. In fact, it was great. My advice for anyone moving, get all the accurate info ypu can ahead of time. And for U-Haul, they need to give exact and correct information to their customers.

GUADALUPE KGreat customer service. They were extremely helpful choosing the trailer that would work for my project.
David LEquipment was unfortunately not working properly. Tire pressure was low and one tire kept losing pressure throughout the trip. Surge brake rarely worked and when it did, it slammed hard and jerked the truck. Straps were in poor condition. I wish the equipment was better maintained but I do appreciate the owner giving me an extra day to arrive — even though I arrived early, it was nice to have that. Thank you.
