James C.This was terrible. We accepted the truck in Houston and drive straight to San Antonio without stopping. The truck we learned on turnin had preexisting damage that was not reflected on the photos which were over a month old. We ended up being responsible for $900+ in damage not caused by us. It is our problem for not examine the top of the truck and uploading new pictures. It is Uhauls fault for not identifying previous damage during a previous checkin. We have learned a valuable lesson which is to never trust that U-Haul has done its job and will be throwing this all over social media
