Bought a ball/hitch at the store to tow the trailer I rented. I have been pulling trailers since I was 16 (33 years) and this was the worst tow experience I've ever had. The trailer was bouncing around so violently on my 10 minute drive back to my house from the store, going no more than 40 mph in a 65 mph zone, and by the time I got home I had no brake lights or turn signals on the trailer because all of the electrical wires had pulled apart. I stopped three times on the 10 minute drive home trying to figure out why the trailer was bouncing so violently and couldn't figure out why. When I got back to the house, my boyfriend switched out the ball/hitch with a heavier duty one, reconnected all of the electrical wires, then taped the wires to the chain that they had all the wires running through to try to prevent them from pulling apart again and then wired the chain up to the trailer so they weren't hanging/dragging so low. When I returned the trailer and explained the issues to the guy working all I got was "Wow" and pulled out a book to try to prove to me that the ball/hitch they sold me was compatible with that trailer. No apology for the experience or thank you for putting the wiring back together...nothing! He also told me to take the wire off holding of the chain/wires. I won't be back to this location.

Ken CThe agent at this location was absolutely HORRIBLE!! It was rainy off and on the day I rented the vehicle. The truck was loaded and unloaded on concrete but yet the agent claimed the truck was returned w a muddy footprint! When I called the agent to question the alleged claim, I was told by the agent that I should have mopped the truck, and that she could forward a picture. U-Haul had forwarded the picture that hardly looked like any mess that amounted to anything esp a cleaning charge! The $25 is a matter of principle at this point! I have rented trucks before from uhaul and have never dealt w such nonsense! I informed the agent that I’d leave a review accordingly, and interesting enough, someone else apparently has a negative experience w her recently as well! I don’t honestly know if uhaul cares about their reputation or business, but if they do, I would suggest that this agent be reviewed. Not only is her behavior unprofessional, it’s completely unacceptable! It’s a direct reflection on uhaul and it would impact me from renting from uhaul in the future. I understand if something is returned improperly, but the truck that I rented was not it! I look forward to your response. Thank you.
landon vMary was exceptional in her support to us at a time when we were helping our son move to Austin while at the same time having to prepare our flight to Connecticut the next because of my Mother’s recent death. She is a wonderful representative of UHaul who provided us with options, the cost for each and then recommended our best option. Mary is customer focused, dedicated, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about doing her best to support Uhaul clients.

Joe SOnly thing I'd recommend would be to pave or at least put some gravel down where the trucks are parked. There was no way to access the truck without wading in mud, which consequently was tracked into the cab, making quite a mess.
