Not well maintained, your stuff will end up covered in a ridiculous amount of dirt because the doors to your unit isn't secure so dust and dirt blow through them all the time, and worst of all if you complain to management and staff they treat you disrespectfully, talk down to you, and act like you don't know what your talking about. Horrible place to store at an outrageous price!

Well the listed hours stated they were open until 5:30 so when I finished work I shot over to finalize and get my unit number, I arrived at 4:50 and the gates were closed and the closed sign was on so I wasn't able to finalize my rental or receive my unit number. I tried to call and no one answered.

Need to pave the entire lot. The dirt roads make the place look dirty and run down even if just washed the day prior.

The storage facility manager was always friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this storage facility to friends and family!

The only negative I had was that the road my unit was on is not paved so on several occasions when it was windy outside my stuff inside my unit would get covered in sand and dust that was blown through the cracks of the door, which was really disappointing.

We stored our RV there for over 10 years and had no issues. The facility felt secure and even though Easy Access isn’t the prettiest storage facility around, I preferred storing our RV there. Easy move out procedures and I thank you for that.

Super helpful ,the nice young lady in the office was always helpful,friendly and polite,our daughter was free to play while we finished papers for the storage unit,and when I didn't need the unit any longer it was no hassle getting my belongings and lock and notifying them was quick

EZ was more old-fashioned than some of the other storages nearby, but less overbeaning (with petty rules) and very helpful and friendly to the customers. I would rent from you again in a heartbeat, and I may do so next year. Thank you

Overall, the facility access hours were fine, but it would be much more convenient if it wasn't limited. There were a couple of times that I wanted to access the unit during the locked hours and wasn't able. Everything else was awesome, and I'm grateful to have found them.

Winter snow removal is on you. leak in the ceiling, never fixed as promised. Lost a lot of valuables when I moved out to water and rodents i usednew place across the street $5 cheaper and care for you

The online process was great. However, no one at Easy Access answered the phone or was in the office this week, so I took my business elsewhere.
