There was no formality or paperwork yo know the mage before and after , or the amount of gas in the tank. It is best to know these as fact so there is no billing abuse later. And here I am giving you praise for the use of your truck and I don’t even know how much you will chsry to my card Hope you are accurate. We will see because I have photos of before and after of the trucks gushes and odometer

Hello U Haul Teams, Service at the 333 Eglinton Ave E location was great, the administrator was kind and provided an outstanding service. This was a rescheduling of a cancelled service scheduled in another location; I was supposed to use the 24/7 self-service to pick up the truck but found out this feature was not available at that location, I wasted time and money [transportation cost] and U Haul should have compensated me for that. Your system and call center agents should not book a truck promising 24/7 self-service if not all location have this feature. However, I am grateful that my experience at the 333 Eglinton Ave E was great. Be blessed by Jesus Christ

After I returned the truck they lostwd ad threatened to call the police. Turned out uhaul corp took it without saying. There was conatruction works also. Ihaul coep called me again to ask me for the truck. A lot of charges and reversals in my card. Had to go teice to the locatio for clarifications. A total mess

The app is hostile. Given truck with 3/8 fuel, returned after gassing up above what started but based on the slider tab to indicate fuel level I was charged $18 fuel on app bill. Had to abandon app, talk with rep to assure no shenanigans and paid after 15 extra minutes of confusion. App lousy. would not use again but Rep at this location very nice. Van smelled of something-I said pepper, my family debated urine vs manure.

He gave me a 15 ft truck instead of a 10 ft truck I booked, then claimed I made a mistake in booking! The gas tank was empty (only 8 miles remaining) and it made my moving day much harder. Terrible experience.

Overall the experience of renting from this location was excellent. We got great service, and the check in and out process was very efficient and quickly done. I've rented from U-Haul a few times and this was the best so far.

The location and the manager were great and very helpful. My only complaint is the online sign-out is the worst program I've ever used. I never received any information about needing two forms of identity verification involving calling people or bringing a passport or lease agreement. I showed up with my driver's license, which was the only thing I was instructed to bring, and then all of a sudden I need all this extra stuff? Luckily the manager helped me out, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sign out the truck online! What a joke!

When I arrived my uhaul was blocked in by 4 other trucks in the lot. Worker was not onsite until 7:30am. Websites and everything states the premises opens at 7am. It took another 20 minutes to sort it out. Overall, I would never use this location again

The truck was not ready at the time when I came. The place was under staffed which took me about an hour to get the truck. They also did not have the dolley I requested. The fortunately took it off the charge but it was quite inconvenient. The drop off was easy and smooth.

Charles at your Bomiri Valley location at 333 Eglinton Ave. East in Toronto provided amazing customer service! I've personally rented over 50 passenger vehicles and trucks in my lifetime and this was the finest customer service ever! He was pleasant and professional, even remembering details of a long ago telephone conversation at our original booking time. We rented a 15 ft. truck and he provided us extra time for no charge on our 1 way trip to Ottawa. We were so impressed with Charles that we are now renting a Cargo Van from Charles this weekend! We highly recommend Charles to anyone requiring a vehicle for their moving needs! 5 Stars all around!

Very easy transaction and process. It was so easy to pick and drop off. Its on the main road but backside parking is very good. The best part is the person working there, so friendly - fast in process - and very calm and help you when you have a long moving day. It was very easy for me than expected. Thank you.

1. Vehicle was parked where we can't take out. Means had to wait for someone to get the vehicle out 2. People cut in, the uhaul rep didn't care people just cut in.

The employee was friendly and nice. The location was very messy. The vehicle was very beat up. I don’t understand why u haul doesn’t ask users to fill the tank to full. When I got it, it was at 1/4 tank. You have to guess how much gas to add to get the tank to the same level. Just make everyone fill the tank back to full.
